Jabatan Penjara mesti mendedahkan secara terbuka terma dan syarat bagi tahanan rumah bekas perdana menteri Najib Razak, kata Ahli Parlimen Jelutong, RSN Rayer.
Bercakap kepada Malaysiakini, Rayer berkata aturan tersebut telah menarik perhatian ramai, dan pihak berkuasa tidak boleh membiarkan orang ramai tertanya-tanya mengenai apa yang dibenarkan atau tidak dibenarkan untuk dilakukan oleh Najib.
“Pihak berkuasa penjara mesti menyatakan dengan jelas terma dan syarat tahanan rumah tersebut.
“Seperti yang kita tahu, perkara ini telah mencetuskan banyak perbincangan. Kita bercakap tentang beliau diberikan keistimewaan tahanan rumah. Orang ramai perlu tahu – apakah perkara yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan?” katanya.
