The internet convinced everyone they should be rich by 25.
No wonder having a normal life suddenly feels like failure.
Everyone wants multiple income streams.
Until they realize every new income stream starts as another job.
AI made it ridiculously easy to build things.
It did not make it easier to get customers.
That’s the part most people will learn the hard way.
Open weights keep making one thing painfully clear:
Access to AI won’t be the moat.
What you build and who you can sell it to will be.
Today we're also opening the weights for Muse Glimmer, a great 30B parameter dense model that can run locally. Soon we'll also release the weights for Muse Spark 1.2, our latest foundation model. Meta is a strong supporter of open source and I'm proud of these releases. Congrats to @alexandr_wang and the MSL team for all your great work on these models.
The internet made being 25 with a normal job feel like a personal failure.
Man to man
The average milionaire is 57.
Not 21.
The average age to start a business is 43.
Not 23.
The average age to buy a house is 38.
Not 26.
The average age for a career pivot is 39.
Not 25.
Building animpressive physique takes 3 years.
Not 90 days
The average successful business takes 5-10 years.
Not 6 months.
So stop measuring your life against someone else's timeline.
You're not behind. You're still bulding. And you're right on time.
Everyone on X is making $20k/month with AI.
Somehow the only people not making money with AI are the people buying their courses.
Maybe you're not stuck.
Maybe your current life is just comfortable enough to keep you from changing it.
The biggest scam on the internet isn't a fake course. It's making normal progress feel like failure.
Before you go to sleep tonight, ask yourself one question:
Is your life difficult or just chaotic?
Those are not the same thing.
Chaos steals your attention.
Chaos steals your discipline.
Chaos steals your future.
Bring order to your life first.
Everything else becomes easier.
Every day I see another motivational post.
Another luxury car.
Another screenshot of a bank account.
Another promise that success is just one habit away.
Yet almost nobody asks a different question:
What if you're not failing because you're lazy?
What if your life has simply become too chaotic?
Before chasing more money,
bring more order into your life.
Because discipline grows where chaos disappears.
