I can't stress enough how surreal it was that this ending was only a rumor for like 30 years.

My first new game since 2023 is coming Oct 13!
It will be goofy/unpolished. This is for a 3 week game jam hosted by @BirdRespecter and @CantEverDie. My goal is to understand Godot as much as I knew Unity for @anemoiapolis.

Finally found the time to go and see Resident Evil at the weekend. Zach Cregger is a total Chad and it's a hat trick! 3 for 3!

Next time somebody tells you not to use assets, remember asset developers made them to be used, love seeing them used, it beats the hell out of using Gen AI, and AAA are just drag and dropping Quixel Megascans and Kitbash anyway. Asset creators and game devs support each other.
My "Screen Space Fog Scattering" plugin for #UE5 has been actually featured in a SILENT HILL game!!! 🤯🥳
And a new update 1.32 for it has been released recently, with a great help from @FilippoTarpini

Beat Silent Hill: Townfall, easily my favorite game in the series since Shattered Memories. Poignant, relevant, & haunting. Screen Burn understands what made this series so important for me & what made it special to begin with. I'm moved.

(2/2) original teams intent; they've been vocal for years that they intended to move the games away from the town & wanted fresh takes rather than doing the same things they already did for a new era of SH.
But it's just disguising a "I love old thing, all new things bad" fetish
If something makes children happy, keep doing it.
I don't know if this particular trope does make children happy or not but that should be considered more important than adults on X.
