I used to carry around TWO PLATES!!
I weighed in at 352.2lbs this morning!
I've lost 91.2lbs and I'm 41.5% to my goal of 220lbs.
My strongest @bot recommendation is to utilize many coding agents. Don't let it serialize a queue of requests for changes in different files/areas, which it almost always does by default. There's no reason it can't spin up 10 different coding agents at a time.
Only caution is: As with real life developers, if you have 10 of them working on the same files, that's gonna create some headaches.
If @bot tells me a code change is a "one line" fix... only one thing is for sure, it's not gonna be a one line fix.
Honestly can’t tell if I just downgraded from supergrok heavy to the new unified top tier ultra plan. Thought it was an upgrade but I seem to be burning through usage faster. @grok?

Remember if you see @DaveEDanna in the airport go say hi.
If you see me in the airport, I’m probably already peopled out but I suppose you can say hi too.👋 😂
A couple of years ago I crafted StepKing for iPhone and Apple Watch to make getting daily steps effortless for myself, and went from struggling to get steps daily to it just happening. I eventually shared it online and hundreds of people use it now, with more people downloading it every day. So cool.
About 45 days ago I decided to reuse my StepKing framework for another problem I had - making sure I get outside in the sun before the day slips away with work/obligations/calls.
And I'm proud to share that I haven't missed a day yet.
So today, I'm sharing it with you. LightKing is live on the app store. Check it out:

Well i'm cooked if this is decency. 😬 There's not a bar in my gym that doesn't have weight on it. Everything's at least got 45s on it to warm up... And I'd recommend this to anyone, especially if busy.
Don’t quit carbs or this could happen to you too…
First you give up your sugar/carb habit and all the problems it causes you...
Then before you know it it’s been replaced with a lifting habit and you keep getting stronger instead of sicker.
I used to think travel days made eating well so hard and would often go “off plan” for processed food that I didn’t even want.
Now I basically just fast the day (coffee only) until I encounter some meat cooking/grill/bbq. If I don’t find any, I just fast that day.
focus is the new work ethic.
most people will chase shiny new objects constantly as AI evolves so many of them to chase.
really easy to differentiate yourself if you know why you're here and what you want to happen.
Claude served me well as my primary model provider for a long time… but now it feels like riding a horse when there’s a spaceship available. @bot ftw.
