I finished cleaning out my classroom and reflected on my 27 years of teaching. Though I’m retiring from education, I will continue working in ceramics. Excited for the future and see what I do next! #highschoolceramics #ceramics #NewBeginnings @SunriseMustangs
No deadlines. No orders. Just clay, breath, and instinct.
I lose myself in the simple joy of creating — not to be the best, but to be. 🌀✨

I’m gathering info on funding options for schools. If you’ve used a grant, share:
📍 Your state
💰 Can it fund capital items or just materials?
💵 Typical award amounts
Also, how has your PTA or local fundraising helped? Drop your insights! 🙌 #TeacherFunding #GrantsForEducators
Even though I moved away from Phoenix, Al McCoy’s voice will always echo in my memories of shooting hoops. He brought every @Suns game to life. You will be missed, Al. Thank you for the unforgettable moments. #RIPAlMcCoy #VoiceOfTheSuns
🌟 Farewell, Marjons 🌟
Visited Marjons for the last time today. For 31 years, it shaped my journey as a student, artist, and educator. The Clay Olympics were always a highlight! New stores have big shoes to fill. Enjoy the treasures I’ve left behind. You’ll be deeply missed. 💖

There is absolutely no place for political violence in our democracy. Although we don’t yet know exactly what happened, we should all be relieved that former President Trump wasn’t seriously hurt, and use this moment to recommit ourselves to civility and respect in our politics. Michelle and I are wishing him a quick recovery.
We're moving to Vancouver, WA! 🎉 My wife got a great job, and I'll be exploring new opportunities. In just 3 weeks, we've packed, bought a house, and are ready for our next adventure. I'll miss Arizona friends and family but excited for what's ahead! 🏡✨ #NewBeginnings
Had an incredible visit to Skutt kilns today, exploring job ideas and seeing their amazing pottery wheels! Left one of my gnome houses in their beautiful garden as a thank you. 🌟 #CeramicsJourney #SkuttKilns #PotteryArt #GnomeHouse
Feeling nostalgic today looking at one of my first @MicrosoftFlip videos. This app was a lifeline during COVID and even after, helping reshape my classroom and connect with students. #Memories #Education #flipgridforall #Grateful
Great conversation with @Savvy_Educator about using @MicrosoftFlip ! I’ll miss the unique features of this app, but as educators, we adapt and find new ways to connect with our students.

Sad to see @MicrosoftFlip go. I understand change happens. Over the past 6 years using this program, I’ve witnessed amazing things. Glad I’m retiring so I don’t have to learn something new. #EndOfAnEra
As my final year comes to a close, I reflect on the messages I occasionally receive. With the passing of time, it's easy for everyone to blend into the world. But I'm grateful for the chance to make even a small impact in this big world. 🌟#teacherlife #arteducaton
