Sharing my vision for your AI digital twin. My co-founder @ducky and I wanted to make this video to share our vision for Haven and the future of personal AI that "does things for you"

techcrunch.com/2026/09/21/me… Seeing the news that Amazon shut down Muse (from buying things) today is interesting, and an early sign of the impact disruptive technologies have on markets. I think for every agent that gets blocked, we're going to see more companies like Shopify embrace it. I think what Amazon is signaling is that they just want it to be safe and protected. Totally fair. Shopify is communicating the same signal, but instead of blocking, they're enabling personal AI agents to buy and removing friction. Who wouldn't want more sales? If my agent is helping me purchase things because I could use a personal AI like Haven to buy it with a simple text message, or while I'm driving in the car/taking a walk and talking to Haven on a phone call — then I'm likely to purchase more things if we remove the friction. If it's truly acting on my behalf, under my control, then it is an extension of me. This reminds me a bit of the early days of the internet when I built one of the first search engines. At first, websites were blocking search engines from indexing their content. Later, they realized it was a benefit to them, because it drove more traffic to their websites. Or at first, digital music - it was protected - but doing it safely and securely was a win-win. Personal AI assistants will drive more sales; we just all need to work together to make sure it's done safely and securely. Typically, disruptive technologies make things better for consumers (think Uber, digital music, video streaming, eCommerce), but there are going to be bumps along the way as the world catches up. We'll find the balance between convenience and security; it's definitely a solvable problem. It needs to start with a commitment to security, safety, privacy, and transparency. The future is exciting. We're just at the very beginning of personal AI, like Haven, empowering humans to be human beings, not human doings.

Two things I ask my Haven to do when I forward it an email: 1. Add this mtg to my calendar, call me 5 min before to make sure I’m on time, text me 5 min after & ask if there are any follows ups 2. TLDR (I keep getting longer emails that others write with AI, TLDR is my fav!)

There is increasing and reasonable concern about "corporate AI." Much of corporate AI is designed to replace humans.
