Someone owes you SOL. The normal move is to paste your main wallet address into the chat, and now that person can look up everything that wallet has ever done.
Send a VisionSwap payment link instead. Every link you make gets a fresh address of yours, so make one per person and nobody's payment sits next to anyone else's. They scan the QR code or pay from any wallet or exchange, and what they send moves into your private balance. They only ever see that one address, never your private balance or your other wallets.
The page looks after the person paying too. If a link with an amount has already been paid, it says so before they can pay again. And the amount and the note sit after the # sign in the link, so opening it doesn't send those two to a server.

There's no account on Solana with your private balance written on it, and most of how the app works follows from that.
The pool's SOL sits in one shared vault, and your share exists as separate notes. When you spend, what's left over comes back as a new note, and its amount is scrambled so only your keys can read it.
That new note is tiny. On-chain it's 60 bytes, a 32-byte fingerprint plus 28 bytes that look like noise to everyone else, made of a random number, a short tag and the scrambled amount.
The total you see in the app isn't read from anywhere. Your device opens your notes and adds them up itself. Adding SOL is still a normal public transaction, like anything on Solana, and from there your balance lives as notes, never as a single number on the chain.

The transaction links in our app do something that might look like a mistake. You'd expect a new tab, and all they do is put the block explorer link on your clipboard.
We did that on purpose. If the app opened an explorer for you, that explorer would see your IP right next to a private payment, and we'd be the ones who put those two things together.
So inside the app every transaction link is copy-only, and that includes the Pro terminal's trade list and your order history. You choose where and how you paste it.
We did the same kind of thing for links that leave the site. A no-referrer rule means the next site isn't told you came from VisionSwap.
