Imagine spending your life obsessing over gay people, only for psychology studies to suggest the call might be coming from inside the house.
Hatred has always said more about the hater than the people they’re targeting.
Feels like one of the worst Pride Months for homophobia in years in the UK. Our rights are increasingly under scrutiny, yet some people still seem more obsessed with gay people than gay people are.
Henry E. Adams - 1996 Homophobia Study, clock it.
Imagine calling people dullards while demonstrating such a spectacular inability to distinguish gender identity from sexual attraction. What she said wasn’t inherently a statement about trans people. It was about her own sexual preferences.
We can wholeheartedly support trans people while respecting our own boundaries as lesbians. The two aren’t mutually exclusive, no matter how desperately you try to make them so.

The confidence of the uninformed and the devotion of the easily impressed. A match made in heaven.
Please put him in jail 🤦🏼♀️
In 2006, Dannii Minogue described Russell Brand as a “vile predator” and accused him of refusing to take no for an answer.
“He is completely crazy and a bit of a vile predator. I certainly don't think he has cured his sex addiction, that's for sure. He wouldn't take no for an answer... He always goes that step too far. Never quite far enough to slap him in the face, but usually too far.”
A female singer with a huge platform said this about him in 2006.
I’m just obsessed with Graeme 😭 #Strictly

🚨🗣️ Roy Keane on Lisandro Martinez interview:
“I’ve never fallen in love with a current United player like I have with this lad. He has the guts to say what even the manager is afraid to say. I love players who speak their minds and aren’t afraid of the consequences. Honestly, I absolutely love this guy!” 🔴
It was horrendous. When I think back to Carla this time last year, desperately needing that reassurance before she went to Ireland, and then everything that followed. Those two weeks in particular were absolutely heartbreaking.
The manipulation just kept escalating, and we could all see exactly where it was heading. Absolutely devastating to watch. 🤢😭💔Unforgivable.
I wonder how many women in leadership have spent years being labelled as overthinkers, perfectionists or people who take on too much, only to be diagnosed with ADHD later in life.
How many of us have spent years thinking that’s just who we are, without ever questioning why?
She wasn’t daydreaming. She had ADHD. 🧠
Women are diagnosed ~5 years later than men, often because their symptoms are quieter and easier to miss.
Were you diagnosed as an adult? 👇

Queer people are facing some of the biggest challenges we’ve seen in years, with our rights, identities and even our existence being questioned.
Today is National Coming Out Day and it’s worth remembering that being able to live openly and freely is something nobody should have to fight for.
We’ve come too far to start going backwards. 🌈❤️
Whether you’re out and proud, still on your journey or not quite ready to share that part of yourself, you matter. You always have🏳️🌈
Tomorrow is World Mental Health Day 💚
Coffee and pastries for the team this morning, just a little something to start the day.
I think most of us have struggled with our mental health at some point, whether people around us knew it or not.
A little kindness goes a long way. Check in on people, look out for each other and never underestimate what a small gesture can mean to someone. 💚
Not Corrie entering its Housemaid era 😭I’m howling #corrie
