Agreed now stop counting defcons people it’s not a requirement 😂
🗣️FPL has been so much more fun this season because the player pool has got so much bigger compared to last season.
Wide players are more than just facilitators again, with the league having more traditional 1v1 wingers. Last season, the game shifted away from wide isolation and dribbling towards low-risk central overloads, controlled rest defence, late midfield arrivals and set-piece wrestling. Naturally, that shifted goals away from traditional scorers.
Now things feel a bit more balanced, and the fact that every second summer signing seemed to be a DEFCON monster has helped too. It's not just Senesi, Tarko and Anderson anymore. I'm seeing hundreds of tweets about "player X being overlooked". Maybe it's just a viral content hook, but lowkey it shows there are more options.
The points scoring system still isn't distinct enough. From what I've observed, it's just become noisier.
One day Josh, who works for a data provider, decides a shot is a big chance. The next day, the exact same shot wouldn't be a big chance because he got up on the wrong side of the bed.
DEFCON is still astrology. The concept of stars is fascinating, but you can't fucking count them. And sometimes a star is a satellite.
The overall experience has got much better, probably because there are so many more things revolving around the game. Personally, I think you're missing out if you're avoiding them.
Justice!
There’s no world Man City don’t get severely punished.
They used the words “sham” multiple times.
The institute has decided you’re finished. It’s done.
Bye Man City
At this point, I think the Premier League should just sit down with Manchester City and find a way to resolve this whole situation.
Let the charges go, let Manchester City and our owners move forward, and let the UAE continue investing in the UK.
If this dispute ends up affecting billions in investments, thousands of businesses and countless jobs, what exactly have we achieved?
Let City keep investing. Let the Premier League protect its interests. Let everyone move forward.
Sometimes justice should come with a little mercy.

We are a juggernaut with the wealth of a country behind us.
We aren't a Mickey mouse club like Everton with all due respect. Don't use their punishment as a benchmark for what's to come.
Bring it on 💪🩵
#mancity
Just watch it for a bit more info

Feels like an appropriate time to re-share my recent deep dive on Man City's 115 charges, and what the potential punishments may be...
Hope you find it useful! 🙏

Andy takes a lot of stick but he’s brilliant in so many ways- I love the fact he says things many others don’t and dies on hills he didn’t need to walk up.
Fpl should be fun too after all enjoy the rollercoaster rides and take it easy on him, he actually has a brilliant fpl mind
