WSX TODAY: @hedera Chief Policy Officer Nilmini Rubin has been appointed by Maryland Governor @GovWesMoore to the state’s Digital Asset and Blockchain Technology Task Force.
The 15-member panel will evaluate the economic impact of blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies while developing recommendations on how Maryland should use and regulate digital assets.
The appointment brings blockchain industry expertise into state-level policymaking as Maryland works to balance technological innovation, economic opportunities, and regulatory oversight.
$hbar the future so bright, I gotta wear shades! 😎
Imagine still being bearish on $HBAR after seeing all of this.
The Hedera executive just described a future where businesses can move digital money without caring whether it started as USDC, USDT, a tokenized bank deposit, or something sitting on a private ledger.
Hashgraph is already building toward that with CLPR, its cross-ledger protocol now contributed to Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust.
It is designed to connect independent networks through cryptographic verification and support payments, settlement and collateral mobility.
Then look at the institutions already testing pieces of this.
Reserve Bank of Australia, Australian Payments Plus, National Australia Bank, Westpac, Bank of Queensland, AustralianSuper, Cuscal, Challenger, Colonial First State and Imperium Markets participated around Project Acacia.
About $5M in real-money transactions were tested, with processes that normally take days completed in minutes.
In Spain, ABANCA, Cecabank, Ibercaja, Kutxabank and Unicaja, with Boston Consulting Group, tested tokenized deposits through HashSphere.
Then add USDT0, Wyoming’s FRNT, Shinhan Bank, SCB TechX, Archax and Accenture.
And $HBAR sits underneath the public network through transaction fees, staking, liquidity, collateral and institutional operating balances.
Stablecoin payments were already running near $390B annualized, with about $226B coming from B2B, and industry forecasts point to $2T–$4T stablecoin supply by 2030.
I’m looking at $HBAR as infrastructure built around a problem global finance is going to need solved.
The 90s kid in me can't watch this without absolutely losing it! This is hilarious!
RYAN GOSLING WAS SUPPOSED TO PLAY BEAVIS.
THEN HE STARTED LAUGHING.
That became half the sketch.
When Ryan Gosling hosted SNL in 2024, he and Mikey Day appeared as live-action versions of Beavis and Butt-Head.
The visual was already ridiculous.
But the real comedy came from watching the cast struggle to maintain composure.
Gosling looked completely committed to the character.
Day did too.
And then the sketch started breaking them.
Not once.
Repeatedly.
The audience wasn't just laughing at the characters anymore.
They were laughing at the actors trying desperately not to laugh at each other.
That's an important distinction.
Breaking character can sometimes destroy a sketch.
Here, it became part of the entertainment.
And viewers noticed.
Within weeks, “Beavis and Butt-Head” had become the most-viewed YouTube sketch of Season 49, passing 13.5 million views.
The costumes got the click.
The chemistry got the replay.

Seriously, WTF are we doing. This is a damn joke! Can we get rid of this "Larping" government and bring adults back into play!
Miss South Carolina Teen USA reincarnated.
I personally believe that U.S. Americans are unable to do so because, uh, some people out there in our nation don’t have maps and, uh, I believe that our, uh, education like such as in South Africa and, uh, the Iraq and everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, should help South Africa and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children.

Things we learned recently:
-Data centers are bot farms

-Billionaires want data centers
Do the math.

TRUMP: "...I would like to have data centers. It doesn't mean I want them next to my house."🤯
🚨He ADMITS he doesn't want data centers near HIS house, but he's fine with it next to YOURS.
Hatred of data centers is bipartisan.
MAKE SURE EVERYONE SEES THIS.
