Border czar Tom Homan warns Rep. Ilhan Omar could be stripped of her U.S. citizenship and deported if a federal investigation proves she committed immigration fraud. The probe centers on allegations that Omar or her father lied about her birth year on immigration paperwork when her family fled Somalia in the late 1990s — potentially making her naturalization invalid. A 16-year-old Michigan volleyball player is suing her school district after she says officials knowingly concealed that a biological male athlete shared the girls' locker room during a September match — and she didn't find out until days later. Briley Lechner, a varsity player at Monroe High School, says she and her teammates were changing clothes, taking pictures and recording videos in the locker room without any idea a transgender athlete from the opposing team was allegedly present. She and her father have filed a federal lawsuit raising Title IX and constitutional claims against Monroe Public Schools, the Michigan High School Athletic Association and school officials. The school district says it hasn't been formally served and will "address the matter through the appropriate legal channels." The MHSAA says the claims are "legally unsound."

Twitch streamer Hasan Piker is testing whether his massive online following can reshape the Democratic Party before the 2026 midterms — and a former top Democratic counsel says moderate Democrats are deluding themselves about how far the shift has already gone. Piker streams for hours daily to tens of thousands of viewers, touting socialism and backing DSA-aligned candidates. His audience skews young, fiercely loyal, and politically active — exactly the demographic Democrats desperately need to turn out. But as Piker's endorsed candidates gear up for House and Senate races, the question isn't just whether he can win elections. It's whether the party's leftward lurch will leave moderate Democrats with nowhere to go. Former Democratic operative Julian Epstein told Fox News Digital the socialist movement is now "the beating heart of the Democratic Party" and that establishment leaders like Chuck Schumer are becoming "marionettes of the far-left." A former Democrat who worked to elect Hillary Clinton in 2016 says voters like her now feel politically "homeless."

Pennsylvania Democratic House candidate Chris Rabb says he's anti-incarceration — unless you're a "lawless MAGA thug." The Democratic Socialists of America-backed candidate told reporter Wajahat Ali he believes America's incarceration rate is "morally wrong" but wants to "lock all of those f---ers up" when it comes to MAGA lawmakers he accuses of destroying lives and communities. He acknowledged the hypocrisy but doubled down, saying "right is right" and comparing it to mothers jailed for changing school districts so their kids get a better education. Rabb isn't the only DSA-aligned Democrat calling for political opponents to be locked up. Florida Senate candidate Angie Nixon — who insists she's not a socialist — told CNN she wants her opponent, U.S. Sen. Ashley Moody, R-Fla., imprisoned. When pressed to clarify, Nixon replied: "Basically, yes. I absolutely would want that to happen. Yes." Full story here foxnews.com/media/pennsylvan…

Joe Rogan fires back at the outrage mob going after Shane Gillis for his SNL monologue about women's gym attire, calling the comedian "a great guy" and saying the backlash proves people can't separate a joke from genuine misogyny. Rogan acknowledged that real hatred toward women exists — but argued that's exactly why people shouldn't conflate a comedian riffing about neon shorts with actual evil. "There's a lot of men that genuinely hate women. Shane Gillis is not one of them," Rogan told influencer Cody Tucker on Thursday. Rogan then turned the lens on himself, admitting he's used the same word to describe his own decision to host Fear Factor's second run in 2011: "They offered me a f---load of money... And I'm like, I'm a whore. Let's go." Full story here foxnews.com/media/joe-rogan-…

"The View" co-hosts agree Kamala Harris should not run in 2028 — a striking consensus from a panel that largely backed her in 2024. Sara Haines laid out the case bluntly: Harris has been on the national ballot twice and failed both times, Democrats are demanding fresh energy, and candidates like Pete Buttigieg, Mark Kelly, and Wes Moore could "sweep" as moderate alternatives. Ana Navarro said she's spoken directly with Harris about how many women remain "scarred" by watching both her and Hillary Clinton lose to Trump. Full story here foxnews.com/media/the-view-c…

Katie Zacharia is out as White House press secretary after just five days on the job — and it was Trump himself who nudged her toward the exit. White House reporters called her brief tenure "brutal," pointing to a shaky debut where she only called on three reporters and repeatedly claimed to have been a lawyer, a detail that may have done more damage than her nervous performance at the podium. One reporter told Fox News Digital she "probably could have been better than Karine Jean-Pierre if she had more time to prepare." Trump told reporters he personally raised the question with Zacharia: "I said, 'Katie, is this really for you?'" The search for a permanent press secretary continues after Karoline Leavitt's departure in August. Full story here foxnews.com/media/white-hous…

A Washington state school district must publicly apologize, undergo religious liberty training and pay $275,000 in attorney's fees after forcing elementary school kids to hide their Bibles in sealed envelopes when returning from voluntary, off-campus Bible instruction. The Everett School District imposed a series of restrictions on LifeWise Academy's program that a federal lawsuit argued were designed to shut it down — including requiring parents to hand-deliver a new permission slip every single week instead of signing once per semester. The district also barred the organization from community fairs open to every other student group. A federal judge granted a preliminary injunction against the district in April, and the settlement now requires policy changes, religious liberty training for board members, and a written apology posted on the district's website for six months.

Twitch streamer Hasan Piker rips Jewish voters in New York for shifting away from Democrats, reducing the entire movement to a single issue: "it's just israel!" On Wednesday, Piker responded to a CNN clip in which the network's chief data analyst, Harry Enten, and anchor John Berman discussed the drop in support for Democrats among Jewish voters, expressing his dismay that they were shifting away from the party. "It’s wild that this many jewish voters are leaving the democratic party over israel. It’s not like the republican alternatives are presenting a more appealing policy agenda, it’s just israel! It’s literally over the continuation of israel’s belligerence. A real shame," Piker wrote on X. Full story here foxnews.com/media/hasan-pike…

New York GOP gubernatorial nominee Bruce Blakeman decried singer Harry Styles as an "out-of-touch" elitist after the singer paid tribute at his Madison Square Garden performance to a migrant shot during a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation. "I think Harry Styles should put that guy on his tour bus and tour around the country with this guy, who is a convicted criminal," he said on "Fox & Friends." "He is alleged to have gang activity. He's alleged to be involved in drug-dealing poison to our children," he added. Styles, who is doing a 30-night residency at Madison Square Garden, took a moment during his show to honor 28-year-old Oscar Belgal, a migrant from the Dominican Republic who was shot by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Thursday while his 5-year-old son was in the back seat of the car. "I just want us to take a moment to think about Oscar Belgal tonight, and I want us to just think and remember to just look after each other," the singer said. Blakeman criticized Styles over the tribute, arguing that illegal immigrants with prior convictions should be deported and not defended by celebrities. "It's elitist, it's out-of-touch and quite frankly, it's wrong," he told Fox News. "We have to get these illegal migrants with criminal records out of our communities." "I’m French. I want to talk to Americans who are about to vote Democrat. Not to insult you. To warn you. I come from your future." Brivael Le Pogam, co-founder and self-proclaimed "techno-emperor" of the French AI company Argil, went viral this week for his X post urging his American followers to not vote for Democrats if they want to avoid his country's fate. He explained that under progressive politicians, France increased public spending to nearly 57% of the country's total GDP in an effort to push free healthcare, free college and a strong welfare system. The results, however, have been dismal. Read more here: foxnews.com/media/french-ai-…

Advocates for racial reparations celebrated a legislative victory in California after Gov. Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill 2599 — the Truth in Disclosure Act — into law. Key figures behind the effort say corporate transparency is only a starting point, maintaining that direct cash compensation remains essential. Reparations official Kristin Nimmers says financial reparations must go far beyond a "single check." "We really focus on a harm-based approach, so whoever was harmed should be entitled to that repair," Nimmers said. While Newsom signed AB 2599, the governor has consistently taken a cautious stance on direct financial restitution, resisting high-cost payout proposals and vetoing related financial measures backed by progressive lawmakers. A man who spent eight years identifying as a woman is casting doubt on reports of a dramatic decline in teenagers identifying as gay or bisexual, warning that social media and peer pressure may be influencing how young Americans describe their sexual orientation. Walt Heyer, who detransitioned roughly 40 years ago said he remains skeptical of the apparent shift, suggesting some teenagers may be reluctant to openly identify as gay or bisexual because of social pressures. "I don't really believe that there's a big dramatic free fall," Heyer said, referring to recent reports about declining rates of gay and bisexual identification among some teenagers.
