I never get why people don’t understand *the capital, wherever it is* attracts the swamp, not DC in particular. Do this, and suddenly everyone in Fairfax moves to KS. Good job.
2028: Lebanon, KS Trump's new capitol "New Columbia" No swamp creatures allowed.

Six years ago, registered Democrats outnumbered registered Republicans by almost 300,000 β€” and Florida had never had more registered Republicans than Democrats in its history. Now, Republicans outnumber Democrats by 1 million voters, which is a sea change that few thought possible (and contrary to the many predictions that FL would become a blue state). Leadership matters. Bold colors, not pale pastels.

Kamala Harris is significantly to the left of Joe Biden on policy. In fact, by stated beliefs and legislative proposals, she'd be far to the left of any U.S. President on economics. But this is getting barely any attention. Why?
I've just re-acquainted myself with the economics-themed legislative proposals sponsored by @KamalaHarris and, boy, there's some really awful stuff in there.

Donald Trump lost two debates to me in 2020. Since then, he hasn’t shown up for a debate. Now he’s acting like he wants to debate me again. Well, make my day, pal.

Everyone calling on Joe Biden to *stop running* without also calling on him to resign the presidency is engaged in an absurd level of cynicism. If you can't run, you can't serve. He should resign now.

Anyone who thinks the Democrats are the party of the stoic, rational β€œadults in the room” should get a load of the conspiracy theories in this thread about Trump faking his assassination.

I love the JD Vance criticism: 1. He thinks Trump is Hitler and he’s a total fraud! 2. He’s the most VP radical nominee ever. It’s okay, we’ll wait a few days for you all to pick your favorite and run with it.

I guess this is part of the toned down unity language.
The March on the RNC is now underway in Milwaukee. Protesters are chanting, β€œNo Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA!”

Why the Biden Team would refer to this as a β€œBig Boy Press Conference” is such political malpractice that I am speechless.

I so called this. I wonder if Obama will actually call on Biden to drop out. That would be borderline unsurvivable.
SCOOP: @BarackObama and George Clooney were in touch before the actor wrote his brutal op-ed suggesting Biden was a diminished man who should step aside from the presidency. Obama did not encourage or advise him on the op-ed, but he did not try to dissuade him either. Read Playbook: politico.com/newsletters/pla…

I love the meltdown people on the Left are having over the media for actually pushing back on Joe Biden, for once. What's the quote? "When you're accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression"?
