It sounds like "Gohan ga ki ni natteru Pomeranian desu." Which is "Food/rice ga (subject) ki (mind) ni (at) natteru (has become) Pomeranian is." Or "Food on his mind."
Difficult to parse because "ki ni natteru" is getting compressed into "kineru."
I always think about my grandmother in the late 90s talking about the Indians at Subway spitting in your food. I thought she was referring to Native Americans. In any case, she was right.
