This isn't coming from a political commentator or a random pundit. It's coming from the prosecutor who spent years examining the evidence against Trump, reviewing classified documents, interviewing witnesses, and seeing how power was used behind the scenes.
Whether you're a Democrat, Republican, or independent, the rule of law is supposed to be the foundation of our democracy. It means NO ONE is above the law, no matter how wealthy, powerful, or politically connected they are.
And, ask yourself, what's the harm in seeing the FACTS!?
If Trump didn't do anything wrong, he shouldn't have anything to worry about, right?
When someone with Jack Smith's experience warns that the threat is unprecedented, it shouldn't be dismissed because of politics.
It should prompt every American to ask what's happening to the institutions that are supposed to protect democracy.

People in temporarily occupied Oleshky are starving. There is almost nothing left to eat. Reports indicate that civilians are being forced to survive on grass and weeds, while medicines, clean water, electricity, and medical care are increasingly out of reach. Children are trapped in these conditions too.
This suffering has a clear cause and a clear perpetrator. Russia has brought this catastrophe to Oleshky through its illegal occupation and bears full responsibility for this humanitarian disaster, all of its consequences, and the innocent civilian lives lost as a result.
The international community must mobilize every available instrument to reach people in Oleshky, deliver humanitarian assistance, and ensure the safe evacuation of those who want to leave. The @UN, the @ICRC, and other international actors must use their mandates and channels to secure immediate and unhindered humanitarian access.
I appreciate @CommissionerHR Michael O’Flaherty for drawing international attention to the situation in Oleshky. Now this attention must be followed by action. People there cannot survive on statements of concern. Humanitarian access and safe evacuation must become a reality, because every day matters.
I am alarmed by the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian crisis in Oleshky, a town in the temporarily occupied parts of the Kherson region of Ukraine.
Civilians, including children, are trapped without sufficient food, medicines, medical care, running water or electricity. Reports indicate that they face a high risk of death.
Under international humanitarian law, Russia, as the occupying power, has the duty to provide food and medical supplies and to facilitate humanitarian relief.
I call for an immediate local ceasefire, unhindered humanitarian access, and the safe evacuation of civilians.
The hardship and suffering of people caught along the frontlines of the war and in occupied territories demand international attention and action.

NEW: A bipartisan group of 14 senators urged Donald Trump to disinvite Russian President Vladimir Putin from the G20 summit in Miami this December.
“President Putin bears sole responsibility for launching Russia’s full-scale war of aggression against Ukraine. Allowing him to participate in a G20 Summit in the United States raises serious concerns about legitimizing and normalizing a government that continues to attack Ukrainian civilian targets every day.” The senators wrote
The senators also noted that Putin, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, and others in the Russian delegation are under U.S. sanctions for participating in conduct deemed to be a threat to national security.
