So Dvorak gets an immediate huge extension and no trade clause, and we “need to see” how our 21 year old franchise superstar “plays deeper into the season” … FUCK this organization
Anthony Di Marco - Daily Faceoff - Michkov | Sources told DFO that it is too early to really hone in on a number on a six-year contract, for example, and that the team would need to see a larger sample of Michkov’s play deeper into the season to make a commitment of that length. In the event that Michkov continues his 49-goal pace, Anaheim Ducks forward Cutter Gauthier’s six-year, $81-million contract would likely be a direct comparable, per sources. - 11/4 #LetsGoFlyers #FlyTogether #NHL

Sports journalist Nima Tavallaey Roodsari questions what he describes as double standards in international sports governance, comparing the continued suspension of Russian national teams and athletes from several international competitions with the absence of similar sanctions against Israel. He cites decisions by FIFA, UEFA, and other sporting federations, as well as ongoing proceedings at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, arguing that sporting rules are being applied inconsistently in cases involving Russia and Israel.

As boring as briere’s off season inactivity
🚨 HOMETOWN REMIX LEAK 🚨
Philadelphia is the latest team to have their HTR jersey leaked and I can confirm this is legitimate. Grey base with black and orange accents. Thoughts? #HometownRemix #LetsGoFlyers

I’m surprised the post-game player & coach interviews still get attention. I got tired of them saying the same shit by 2019. If you have the energy to listen to Couturier regurgitate the same bewildered drivel for the 17th year in a row, God bless ya.

If Tocchet didn't happen to play for the Flyers 30 fucking years ago, they would have fired him two weeks ago.
It's just an alumni club.

I truly hope Comcast and their $20 billion in profit last year can handle the financial hardship of firing Rick Tocchet.
