Interesting Discussion regarding implication of new transfer rules on academics.

Two big issues before the NCAA DI Council this week. Both appear inevitable to pass in some form, according to sources. One is one-time transfer, which has long been expected. The debate there comes w/ the notification date for athletes to inform schools of their transfer.
