For the history books here this will be pinned on my X account until I call bear low next time around. Mentally insane.
Question I have here & going forward, was it all one big mistake? We will get that answer later on.
I still think we should have never went past the high from October-November opex of 2025, but here we are. At the end of the day what I think doesnāt matter, price rules all. Iām still interested to see later in the year or next year if this was all 1 big mistake. One of if not the most interesting years Iāve seen over the years Iāve been trading.
Was being a bit picky with staples, but opportunity was definitely there, just didnāt like that $XLP was only down 8% from high (getting an 8% return back to the high is still great lol). Shouldnāt be as picky next time, utilities treating me very well & will continue to.
I like what Iām seeing already & buying more when I have some more cash by end of week. Also looking into consumer staples. I donāt favor staples as much as utilities here long term, but staples are starting to poke my interest. SPTH is sitting around 23.5
All about buying good opportunities long term with this bad breadth weāre seeing. Staying far away from any semi buying/tech/ai.
The same boring tweet each time it gets there. For now we wait. Alright I need to head off now & enjoy the weekend. Long term port doesnāt look pretty, but I never get concerned, I just want better buying opportunities per usual!
No remorse from sellers, should be like this into Christmas.
Hint: it gets worse.
Looks nasty, but Iāve seen worse. As mentioned these sellers have no remorse & they shouldnāt to be completely honest. Depending on how this goes war ending before midterm might need to happen. In the case it does which i believe is becoming very likely itāll clear some uncertainty and a rally would most likely occur that I believe will be 100% sold off. The problem here is that if the war is ended trump canāt play poker anymore with the market & make ādealsā all day.
The other concern is a lot of people think as yields come down that they can go right into tech, I believe itāll teach a nice lesson.
