Most people don't know this about $VRA.
The CEO, Mark Firth, spent 8 years as Director and General Counsel AMEA at Prosus Group.
Prosus is the 49th most valuable company in the world with a $400B+ market cap. They own ~23% of Tencent, the biggest game publisher on earth with 1.3 billion WeChat users.
Firth personally oversaw hundreds of millions in digital advertising investments across the UAE and AMEA region.
He left that position to become CEO of $VRA.
Now here's what most people miss:
Prosus is not known for community management. They're known for silent, long term investments that deliver enormous returns.
Mark Firth brings exactly that culture to $VRA.
The silence isn't a red flag. It's his DNA.
And in 2024 he said it himself: Mission > noise.
Watch what happens when the mission is complete. 💯

And it’s only the ravine that fills with joy.
Without pain, with a smooth undamaged heart, joy splashes off like water off a duck’s back.

A mailbox? 😂 No photo, no address, no building name, no proof you were even there. Just "trust me bro, I was in Dubai". Anyone can type that sheep.
If a closed door and a story count as proof, then I can say I visited and saw a full office. Do you believe that too?
And let's say you actually did go. An office door tells you nothing about how a company runs. The Khaleej Times partnership and the UAE Ad Exchange were covered by the publisher and the trade media, not by a mailbox.
Post the photo. Post the address. Until then it's one more story with nothing behind it 🤣
The gym is a scam if you never lift the weights.
You pay for the membership, skip the work, and six months later you're not in shape. Did the gym scam you, or did you not lift?
Crypto works the same way. Buy the top, never check what you hold, panic sell the first red candle, then scream scam.
A bear market is the gym. Boring, it hurts, nobody's watching. Most people quit right there.
And some people do check, then call everything fake anyway because they lost their patient. VeraViews launched in the UAE under the Ministry of Economy's NextGen FDI programme, a live Ad Exchange with Khaleej Times, a patent on USPTO. Even the supply increase everyone calls dilution has a reason the team published: accelerating client adoption and a rapidly growing list of clients that PoV has to scale for. All public, and they still say fake.
Real scams exist, and nothing here is guaranteed. But a red chart proves nothing. VeraViews keeps building in AdTech.
Lift the weights.

10 seconds of research and you posted AI summaries. That’s not a court document.😂🐑
Those screenshots still only name Svetlana A. and Robert H. for the 2021 period. Mark Firth is nowhere in them. Same as before.
And the patent part is wrong. Robert H is the inventor, not the current owner. The PoV patents were assigned to VeraViews FZ-LLC. Check the public patent records. He doesn’t hold them anymore.
Still an open investigation. Still no verdict. Lawyers still deny it. You just recycled the same allegation in AI form and called it research.
People calling $VRA dead or a scam because it dropped 99% clearly haven't been around long enough in crypto 😂
Look at $DENT.
Its market cap went from roughly $1.4B in 2018 to just a few million in 2019. in 2019–2020 people were already calling it a scam and dead. Supply jumped hard, same accusations you’re seeing now. Then in the 2021 bull run it climbed back to nearly $2B.
Does that guarantee VRA will do the same? No.
But it proves that a destroyed chart and an increasing supply don't automatically mean a project is a scam and can never recover.
The funniest thing in crypto is watching people call $VRA a scam just because the chart collapsed.
Brutal bear market. FUD everywhere. And the same sheep repeating the same script with no proof and no real evidence shown, just screenshots emotions and a red chart.
A 99% drop tells you what happened to the price. That's all it tells you. It doesn't prove a scam so sheeps, welcome to the BEAR market.
Meanwhile VeraViews keeps building in AdTech, an industry where ad fraud costs billions and still needs solving. But I'm not following the crowd just because the chart looks ugly 😂
Let the sheep laugh at the price.

It isn’t a scam just because you bought near the top and lost money.
A lot of people bought $VRA around the 2021 ATH and got absolutely destroyed afterwards. VRA is down massively from its peak, but that kind of collapse wasn’t unique to VRA, the 2022 crypto winter destroyed entire sectors, with some major DeFi tokens losing up to 95% and the total crypto market falling more than 60%.
And honestly, I never understood the “strongest community” narrative either. From what I saw, the community spent a huge amount of time begging the team to make changes, while at the same time getting angry whenever the team actually changed something.
Most people weren’t defending the project itself, they were defending their bags.
When the price goes up, everyone is a genius. When it crashes, suddenly the team are “liars” and it was all a scam.
Losing money sucks. I get that. But your entry price and your portfolio loss aren’t evidence of fraud.
You can hate VRA. You can regret buying it. You can walk away.
But don’t rewrite the entire story just because the chart went against you.
Fact check: the $VRA patents didn't disappear or stay tied to founding figures. On June 6, 2025, USPTO records show the Proof of View patents were formally reassigned from Verasity Limited S.R.L. to VeraViews FZ-LLC, the current operating entity under CEO Mark Firth.
That's not spin, that's public USPTO record, checkable by anyone right now.
The IP that actually powers this technology sits with the team building today, not with individuals from the founding period currently under investigation.
To be extra clear on the Mark Firth distinction, since a few people are asking.
He joined Verasity in June 2024. Before that, eight years as Director and General Counsel AMEA at Prosus Group, one of the biggest tech investment firms in the world, overseeing hundreds of millions in advertising sector investments, including tech unicorn Dubizzle. A serious businessman who walked away from a high level role to take on $VRA/VeraViews and push it forward, years before this investigation ever existed, with zero connection to the individuals or transactions now under scrutiny.
That commitment shows. Since he took over, the business actually moved forward, not backward. UAE government backed relocation, NADeX launch, Khaleej Times live as a publisher. And $PLRL that will launch this year. That continues regardless of this investigation.
Genuinely sad that a man who left a high level role at one of the biggest investment firms in the world, specifically to take Verasity/VeraViews forward, now gets dragged into noise that has nothing to do with him.
I’m not going to dismiss the recent news from Le Monde as “FUD.”
There is a real criminal investigation involving Svetlana A., and the allegations are serious. That deserves to be taken seriously and followed closely. From what’s been reported so far, this is about the 2018 launch, the 2021 $VRA run, and property purchases in 2022.
It is not a verdict on VeraViews from 2023 to now.
But we also need to separate the people involved from the company’s current leadership and operations.
Mark Firth was appointed CEO of both Verasity and VeraViews in June 2024, with the mandate to lead VeraViews next stage of expansion. The founder remained involved behind the scenes.
VeraViews also relocated to Dubai and launched under the UAE Ministry of Economy’s NextGenFDI programme, including the first home grown UAE Ad Exchange with Khaleej Times as a publisher partner. Governments do not casually put their name next to a company they consider an obvious fraud. That still doesn’t cancel the investigation. It just means the current operating business and the historical allegations are not automatically the same thing.
So an investigation into historical individuals or transactions does not automatically establish that $VRA itself is a scam, nor does it prove that everything currently being built since Mark Firth is the CEO by VeraViews is fraudulent.

Your first claim was: “there’s no evidence the company is functioning.”
I answered that claim. On chain mint/burn shows the PoV infrastructure is still being operated. Renewed SSL on live VeraViews / NADeX domains shows the sites are still being maintained. A dead company does not keep those running.
Now you changed it to: “that isn’t revenue.”
Correct. I never said it was revenue. I said it is evidence the operation is still live. Those are two different things.
And honestly, whether VeraViews exact revenue is public isn't for random accounts on X to determine either way, that's private company financials, most B2B companies don't publish real time revenue figures, that's completely normal outside crypto too.

That's not evidence, that's a chain of assumptions where each step just asserts the next without proof. The UAE update is from June 2025, that's a year ago, not "years ago" like you're implying to make it sound stale.
On the supply increase, here's exactly what $VRA
stated: In light of accelerating client adoption across Web2 and Web3, landmark progress, and major VeraViews product milestones, the Verasity Foundation has authorized an increase in the maximum supply of VRA to support long term scalability. This adjustment accommodates upcoming PoV activities, ad stack operations, and future demand.
Think about what that actually implies. A dilution that large wasn't random, it was scaled to match client adoption. Which means there's very likely a far bigger client base behind the scenes than what we can currently see publicly, we only know a fraction of the confirmed names, Khaleej Times, IAB MENA, industry press, all independently verified, not just VRA's own marketing.
If the supply expansion was sized for that level of growth, the actual client list is probably much larger than the community assumes. And the uncapped supply everyone's crying about? Think about the alternative. A hard cap with a rapidly growing client base means PoV eventually hits a wall it can't scale past. That's exactly the kind of rigid design that leads to a $LUNC style collapse, a system breaking under its own success. Uncapped function tied supply isn't the risk. A fixed cap forced onto real growing infrastructure is.
And "Nothing has happened because no one's getting paid because they're out of business" is three unproven claims stacked into one sentence. Still zero wallet trail, zero court filing, zero regulator statement behind any of it.
Same people who spent months screaming $VRA is a "dead scam" are now over in the $TEL comments crying that a regulated US crypto bank is also a scam, because the chart went red.
It's never the project. It's always the bag and the chart.
Different ticker, same broken script, same people who can't hold through a red candle without inventing a conspiracy to explain their own entry price.
The “ $VRA is a scam ” crowd is still loud.
Funny thing is, I’m still waiting for the actual evidence. Not screenshots with arrows, not assumptions because the chart collapsed, not “I lost money therefore fraud.”
Real evidence.
So far I’ve seen a lot of screaming, a lot of emotion and a lot of recycled claims, but nothing that actually proves the scam narrative. Criticism is fair, but calling something scam without proof isn’t.
Look at the weekly chart of ethereum:0xf411903cbc70a74d22900a5de66a2dda66507255.
After months of absolute destruction, panic selling and dead sentiment, price is finally starting to build a base instead of just bleeding lower. This is exactly what people forget about bear markets: the chart always looks the worst when nobody wants it.
Meanwhile VeraViews keeps building, the ad tech keeps expanding and ethereum:0xf411903cbc70a74d22900a5de66a2dda66507255 is still tied to PoV and the advertising stack.
I’m not interested in chasing green candles after everyone suddenly becomes bullish again. I’m interested in what is being built while the chart looks dead.
If this weekly structure eventually breaks out and sentiment flips, the repricing can happen a lot faster than people think.
Bear markets are where conviction gets tested.
Bull markets are where everyone suddenly “gets it.”
People say VRA has no utility since VeraViews is B2B now. Let's use the team's own words against that claim.
Admin: Verasity has to provide VRA tokens to use PoV technology.
Official Strategic Update: Verasity, through $VRA, will continue to power PoV and our ad tech stack for a rapidly growing list of clients.
VeraViews isn't a separate business that outgrew VRA. VRA is the fuel it runs on. No VRA, no PoV. No PoV, no VeraViews.
And that's exactly why the "uncapped supply" complaint misses the point. More publishers means more ad volume means more PoV activity means more tokens needed to keep the system running at scale. That's not dilution for the sake of it, that's supply expanding because the business is actually growing. A fixed cap would have choked VeraViews ability to scale the moment client adoption accelerated.
If it's doing so well, why isn't the price reflecting it? Simple. We're in one of the most brutal, prolonged altcoin bear markets crypto has seen. Almost every token from 2021 is down 90%+ regardless of fundamentals. Price and fundamentals are disconnected right now across the entire market, not just VRA. That gap is exactly where the opportunity sits once sentiment turns.
People call $VRA a scam because of its uncapped supply model. Let's talk about $SOL then. Solana has no hard max supply either, roughly 598M tokens and growing every year through its inflation schedule, offset by fee burns. Nobody calls Solana a scam. It's one of the most respected chains in the space.
Uncapped supply tied to real network function isn't a red flag, it's just a different tokenomics design. VRA mints to power PoV scaling for VeraViews. Solana mints to reward validators securing the network. Same underlying logic, both offset by burns, both misunderstood the same way by people who only check one metric.
Funny how the same model gets treated completely differently depending on which ticker it's attached to.
Correlation isn’t causation. A mint happening on the same day as a lot of outbound transfers doesn’t prove it’s “because of MiCA” or “because of unstaking.” That’s you connecting two unrelated events and presenting your guess as fact.
What the screenshot actually shows is a custodial hot wallet, VeraWallet serves 350,000+ users, processing outbound transfers to Gate, ByBit and AscendEX. That’s consistent with users withdrawing their own funds, which happens constantly regardless of any single day’s events. One mint of 600M on the same day doesn’t establish that one caused the other, you’d need to show the actual mechanism linking staking withdrawals directly to minting, not just two timestamps sitting near each other.
If you actually have proof of that specific mechanism, show it. A circled screenshot with insults attached isn’t proof, it’s a theory dressed up as certainty.
Also, you can disagree with me without needing six emojis and a fake laugh, it doesn’t make your argument stronger.
The fraud $VRA $PLRL @verasitytech cunts mint everytime holders unstaking their token, nothing to do with PoV scaling like this idiot melvin de vries @ForexWizarddd @VraWizarddd says 🤣🤡💩🤏🗑🚩Massive minting happened when EU got banned due to MICA regulation.
