Good question why should a random federal judge have more power than the president?
The Judicial Branch was designed to be the weakest branch.
Should individual judges be told to get at least an appeals court's approval before a president honors an injunction?
a. Yes
b. No
Judicial tyranny is out of control?

This is Islam in Iran.
Keep sharing until Western leaders take action and expel Iran’s Islamic regime diplomats.
Leila Abolhasani, 43, a mother of two, is about to be executed in the Islamic Republic of Iran for photographing a burning supermarket on her way home while protesters filled the streets in January.
The Revolutionary Court called it moharebeh: enmity against Allah. Not because they proved she joined the protests or started the fire, but because she could not prove loyalty to the regime—that she photographed it with no sympathy for the protesters and no animosity toward the Islamic regime.
In those same days, the regime murdered tens of thousands of them. Her family says she documented a blaze.
The regime says her sympathy for the protesters is the same as waging a crusade against Allah, the god of Islam, and she must be sacrificed to atone for these crimes.
That is the Islamic Republic in one sentence.
A camera is a capital crime. A mother is an enemy of God. The fire was not the offense. Loyalty was. And she could not prove hers.

Jihadists are already in your backyard.
This is not Gaza.
This is not Pakistan.
This is not Syria.
This is Canada.
A pro-Hamas Muslim man lost control and screamed at an exiled Iranian ex-Muslim woman for wearing a shirt that said “FCK Hamas.”
If you support her right to criticize Islamic terrorism without intimidation, follow her and show support: @d_white_rabbit
Don’t let the jihadists intimidate her into silence.

The grim democrat party can't be satisfied with having had power handed to them for the last 30 years. Now that it's over and the playing field has been leveled, they are soiling themselves and stinking for us to show exactly how genuine their concern for their power, not America really is. Excluding whites, Hispanics, and Asians, to hand over power to a black person has been failure. Look anywhere for results. look in any blue state and any democrat run blue city where black rule dominates. You will find the worst schools, the most crime, the least prosperity, the highest insecurity, and the most gloomy and foreboding future you can possibly have. America is now better off.
The greatest news this country can get, happened with the supreme court ruling that racial gerrymandering is over. The end of that grave injustice will bring back law and order, fair taxation, better schools, and decent housing. You can now elect quality DAs and judges who have the safety of the community at heart not the criminal vote. 14% of the population will no longer claim an undeserved 50% role. Hispanics can now elect their own representation. America has become a better more free place.
