According to The Advocate, a 23-year-old Louisiana man is accused in a federal case involving three Haitian teen boys during his missionary work in Haiti. Maylon Foshee of Mansfield allegedly had sexual contact with the three boys during trips to Haiti between 2023 and 2025. The boys were 14 years old at the time, according to newly unsealed federal court documents. According to The Advocate, Foshee worked closely with children in Haiti, helping some with their education. Some children also stayed in housing connected to him. Before being accused, Foshee had gained attention on TikTok for posting about Haiti and speaking Haitian while living in the country. His online presence also made him known among some members of the Haitian community. Haitian community discussions in September 2026 described him as someone who had previously gone viral on TikTok for his Haiti-related content. One of the boys told investigators that Foshee helped pay for his schooling. He also said he was afraid of Foshee and wanted the alleged sexual contact to stop. The FBI reportedly learned about the allegations after people working in Haiti told authorities that children had described inappropriate sexual contact. Foshee is being held at the Bossier Parish Jail while the federal case proceeds. He is accused in the case, but the allegations have not been proven in court. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Louisiana.
