A good amount of people ask me if I work out and how do I recover after playing so much golf at my age… I don’t work out. I stretch, drink lots of water and I use “FOR WELLNESS”. It’s been key to my recovery before, during and after golf. THIS IS NOT AN AD. I am not being paid.
