The real test of a project isn’t when everything is going right. It’s what happens when something goes wrong. On August 22, a vulnerability in a shared Cosmos EVM module was exploited across several chains, with KiiChain among the networks affected. But the response is where the story gets interesting. The team apologized, communicated openly, and kept the community updated as the situation developed. The CEO, @DanyelArenas, was also transparent and stayed publicly accessible through X Spaces and live sessions. They didn’t disappear when things got uncomfortable. They stayed in the conversation, worked through the knots, and kept moving. By August 28, KiiChain announced that the network was fully operational and producing blocks again. But the response didn’t stop at getting the network back online. The team went back to building. On September 2, KiiChain announced its selection to provide settlement, transaction-data and cross-border FX infrastructure for the Banco Agrario–Merke Plaza initiative in Colombia. That puts KiiChain’s infrastructure behind real financial activity, while the existing institutions continue handling their banking and compliance roles. And it didn’t stop there. On September 8, KiiChain announced another expansion involving Financiera Juriscoop and Banco Agrario, with institutional Colombian peso liquidity coming onto its FX rails. So when I look at the comeback, I don’t just see the network coming back online. I see a team dealing with a setback, communicating through it, recovering, and then continuing to execute on the bigger financial-infrastructure vision. SETBACK → RESPONSE → RECOVERY → CONTINUED EXECUTION A comeback isn’t pretending the setback never happened. It’s what happens after it. That’s why $KII is interesting to me. Explore it, stay informed, and see what’s happening around it for yourself. Official Website + KiiChain App in the comments.

15 years building with vision and one clear goal: creating real change. KiiChain wasn’t built overnight. It’s the result of years spent understanding the problems, building through them, and staying focused on what actually matters. We’re just getting started.
That's @DanyelArenas and me, 15 years into the past and a few years into private equity, right around the time a deal we were working on, involving a new technology, got us talking about building something of our own. We did, and it made us one of the first manufacturers of HOCl. Plenty of people laughed at the idea that a novel small molecule would go mainstream. Today it's distributed almost everywhere across the US and well beyond it. Here's the thing, though: being right about HOCl didn't feel like being right at the time. It felt like being early, alone, and slightly foolish. And that's the real lesson, not that we were correct, but that you can, in fact, be too early to something. Being right and being early can look identical from the inside, and the difference between them is often just survival, whether you can hang on long enough for the world to catch up. That experience burned a principle into me that I now carry into everything we do: It's more dangerous to be complacent than to be misunderstood. Let me explain why that matters right now. Crypto is commoditizing at speed, and stablecoin payments are here. Look closely and you'll see it: most apps share the same infrastructure partners. Most infrastructure partners share the same banking setups. And most banks offer the same underlying FX services. The water flows through different-looking paths — different logos, different landing pages, different pitches — but it's ultimately the same river. And swimming in the same river as everyone else is an inevitable death. You'll compete on price, you'll compete on marketing, and eventually you'll drown in a current you can't out-swim. Being misunderstood is a far better problem to have. Because being misunderstood is fixable. You just keep pivoting the messaging until people finally understand. Complacency has no such exit. So the question we keep asking ourselves is: what does it actually mean to reinvent FX, rather than repackage it? Because repackaging the same river in a nicer bottle is exactly the trap. Reinventing it means building for how money is about to move, not how it moved yesterday. That means designing for agentic payments, a near future where AI is deciding how and when capital moves, at a speed and frequency no human treasury desk was built for. It means value that clears outside of banking hours, same-day, after the close, on weekends — because commerce doesn't stop when banks do, and neither should money. It means direct routes instead of forced detours through the dollar or a chain of correspondents; we've already run client swaps straight from BRL to COP, no unnecessary hops. It means yield baked into resting liquidity, so that money sitting still is still working for the people who hold it. And it means a community that can supercharge liquidity, pooling depth exactly where and when the market needs it most. That's the world we're building for. If the last decade taught me anything, it's that the hard, unglamorous, frequently misunderstood path is almost always the one worth taking. The easy river is crowded. The one worth swimming usually isn't.

@KiiChainio #KiiChain

Today @dexscreener showed me a $4B PENIS. lol my community knows I'm obsessed with the idea of a self-custody trading platform. I post about how I think it should work I've talked about people knowing what they're signing and plenty more. Today it's about the numbers that get them to sign in the first place Was going through issues with different screeners with the team today. opened dexscreener. Trending and the top volume list for the past 24h served me the same token. Suggested I check out a penis. Twice. Thanks. Pool isn't even two days old $62.2m volume, $240m liquidity, almost $4b market cap on the chart, traders showing millions in pnl. Did I miss the meta? Everyone's printing. went to look dexscreener.com/solana/AXTq4… Trade history is full of million-dollar buys and sells. Saw a $24.25m buy. Who put that much into penis? Opened the tx, followed the transfers. The buyer spent $5K. Five fucking grand. There's your whale... solscan.io/tx/C6zgq8Rz5ye8SP… Token launched through @LaunchOnSF, pool on @Raydium, buy through @JupiterExchange. The transfers add up. Where did dex get the millions from? Token has a paid profile. Green Audit; No issues. Open it up: mint and freeze checks. Okay. Who's checking the numbers? Checked 20 more similar tokens. Found mismatches there too. Looked at who uses Dex data: several sites showed the same $62.2M volume for that pool. Meanwhile, Telegram bots are firing off alerts nonstop. I reckon that got expensive for flippers and people running bots. You see volume, whales buying, huge PNLs. Think you should get in. And the $24m whale showed up with $5k. @dexscreener, you tell people to use your data to make investment decisions. I reckon you've made hundreds of millions by now. You sell paid profiles on the promise of credibility. With that kind of money, maybe it's time to sort out the numbers? Where did that $24.25m buy come from? How much can we trust your volume, charts and PnL? We can keep making signing safer. People still need decent numbers to decide whether to hit Buy. DEX Screener did a lot for crypto. Thanks for that. But I don't see it lasting much longer like this. The app people trade through needs to take responsibility for the data on its screen. Just pulling someone else's API and asking the user to sign isn't enough anymore. If a screener turns $5K into $24m, what the fuck do we need it for? n.b : don't buy the token in this post. It's obviously a scam.....
