What’s going on with Manx Footie when clubs can’t field a team to play in the FA Cup?

Agree Hughie, smell of freshly cut grass, on a summers evening with a 🍺 in hand 🌞 ⚽️ xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9625…

Would be all for summer football

Just prefer footy on a Saturday either change the league season or AT doesn’t seem to be any other choices apart from a water polo league. xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9624…
Would you prefer a good grass pitch to artificial

You should know and have experienced both. Good luck for the season have enjoyed following you in 🇮🇪 xitter.cf/shay_sharkey/status/96…
“Terrible record for injuries and long term damage to joints knees and hips” I think for anybody playing sport regularly on AT would be pretty horrific. xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9624…

Horror picture 🤣
Some more light reading which again highlights that original AT was a problem but not the newer ones used today eumotus.com/blog/2017/10/02/… xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9624…
That document from 2013 proves nothing have you read it ?
Yes and basically it is stating in many instances the injury risk is less on AT certainly not the horror picture you painted. xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9624…

Well done to the @TheSportPackage for putting the spotlight on this serious issue theweek.co.uk/climate-change…
Looks like Astro pitches are the way forward to beat the winter weather as has happened in the Faroes but done with UEFA funding. @TheSportPackage uefa.com/memberassociations/…

Will never happen whilst decisions are made on opinions rather than facts. It’s too difficult to pick up the phone and ask the FAI how it’s gone for them since they changed to or a summer league or even better speak to manx lad @Shay_Sharkey who plays there #IOM #changeisnotgood xitter.cf/itsrashidok/status/961…

Got down to see the U18s last night and just defrosted but well worth it. How to take free kicks. Could certainly teach some of the Seniors. Well done lads.
This is so spot on surely with Social Media some form of Social Responsibility comes with it. Such a shame that there are those that don't see it. #FakeNews xitter.cf/chpschsgrvy/status/926…

Worth going down to the Bowl last night certainly got my money's worth with the lads winning in extra time. Took a few hours to thaw out.

I would go with that Hughie. Liverpool is the centre of the universe according to the Scousers. xitter.cf/hsharkey63/status/9318…
Liverpool are a country maybe

So Manx lads could end up wearing an England shirt as the National Team of IOM. I do remember this happening a few years ago. xitter.cf/rees2319/status/931819…
One of broadcasters on radio is also Vice President of IoMFA so he'll have a biased opinion on this, but it is only a county team, if IoM win the county cup they go & represent England & no national team would do that.
You got it straight for me then tonight @ManxRadio refer to it as IOM National Team playing in a County Cup. Are we a County or Country?? xitter.cf/rees2319/status/930930…

Yeah anyone is free to represent as long as they're signed on to a team

Cheers cleared that up for me. So I am watching on Saturday a rep team of the league not an IOM National Team. xitter.cf/rees2319/status/930930…
