I hope you all enjoyed your 24 hr reprieve because we back at it today with EIGHT matches!
Instead of running them concurrently we have games at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10p! Absolutely bonkers scheduling but I will do my best to shepherd you all through it.
Lots of fun coming our way in all the leagues capped off with the big one 🇭🇹v🇩🇴
The Ghana Press corps are vicious. They know this Administration is corrupt. They see Queiroz as a stooge. How sustainable is this?
🗣️Kobi Stone: The best gift you can give Ghanaians is resign
🗣️ Carlos Queiroz: If I feel I’m the problem, I have no problem resigning. But the easiest thing to say is for me to resign
Heated exchanges at the press conference.

Ghana have got the biggest differential between the kits @PUMA cooks up for them and performances on the pitch 😭
HALF-TIME: 🇬🇭GHANA 2–2 GAMBIA!🇬🇲
The Black Stars and the Scorpions are all square, but the real battle is still ahead! 🔥
What’s your scoreline prediction for the final score? 👀

No Brits here but Indonesia easily the most diasporic team, ever. (Via @theaseanball)
Carribean, Asia and Africa.. think of the possibilities

This is a map of the St Kitts and Nevis diaspora. Derby County, UK... Colorado, USA, Hemel Hempstead UK and Malta.
St. Kitts & Nevis 🇰🇳 squad for Nations League!
The FA released the list in a video, and is currently posting it player by player today - so we went ahead and made one ourselves.
Plenty of new faces in the Sugar Boyz!
🆕 Victor Hart (Colorado Rapids Academy 🇺🇸)
🆕 Rico Browne (Walsall 🏴)
🆕 Luca Crolla (Derby County U18 🏴)
🆕 Micaah Garnette (Vancouver Whitecaps 2 🇨🇦)

They're in League B with 🇧🇶🇬🇩🇨🇺.
I always believed in Arbeloa. Never in doubt 😛

Point on the board & a great overall performance. Green shoots! Let’s build on it.

This total guff. Inaki Williams is a good player but let's not try and paint his time with Ghana 🇬🇭 as transformational 😭
2 goals in 28 caps.
Switches to 🇬🇭 with 2022 World Cup on the horizon.
Some moments become memories forever. 💛
🎞️ A journey filled with joy, passion and an incredible connection with the #BlackStars and the nation. Thank you, @Williaaams45. ✊🏾

🇬🇭 Iñaki Williams retires from the Black Stars
✅️ Rating him 5/10
✅️ Why did it not work?
✅️ Why he is a perfect example of the mistake African countries keep repeating when getting dual nationals.

It's typical of Africans abroad to find each other and bond around common interests.
In Mexico City, randomly run into some bruthas playing street footy in a barrio: from Cameroon, Togo, Mali, Nigeria, Benin...
and an ex-Ghana club footballer from Zongo Lane! 🇨🇲🇹🇬🇧🇯🇲🇱🇬🇭🇳🇬 – at Elizabeth, NJ
The mask has finally slipped @FavianRenkel
😭
Total farce. You did big boy corruption then brag about it? @TheCountrAttack we need some sort of explainer here!?
Trump on Balogun: "I saw the play, and I'm a person that loves sports ... that wasn't a foul. That wasn't even an infraction ... this referee, who is a little bit suspect if you check his past. He made a call that nobody could believe ... he's our best player, or one of our best players. And he gave him a red card. I didn't know what that meant ... yes, I asked for a review by FIFA."
Lots of folks in the comments hyperventilating. Adamant that 'race doesn't matter' and any observation of it is...divisive.
😭
Half of the U.S. men’s national team is Black. After decades of overwhelmingly White teams, the makeup of this team is powerful, writes @HenryBushnell.
I've noticed folks really believe Soccer is colour blind in the sense it takes place in a vacuum
The 94 USA Squad was overwhelmingly white (college educated).
2026 version has a starting XI with 8 players being black + half the squad too.
Replying to @TheAthletic @HenryBushnell
If you can’t see the race baiting and bullshit for what it is, I don’t know what to tell you.
You’d think people would be immune to the theater and intentional division by now.
If there is one sport where race and color doesn’t matter, it’s soccer.
LOL...the AFC @afcasiancup is catching strays all over the timeline. The people are demanding an explanation.
I watched Qatar win the first of those titles in the UAE in 2019. They were legit (for a few games) the strongest team in Asia.
It's been coming for a long, long time. I said before the game that this generation actually peaked at the 2019 Asian Cup.
This project has been drifting for some time.
I first watched Qatar in 2016 in Doha. They've achieved alot in the preceding 10 years. Back to back Asian champs is nothing to scoff at. Yet the project they started back then has lost its way..
📋 | Chosen and ready. ✔️
#AlAnnabi’s starting XI for tonight’s clash with Canada 🇨🇦

Qatar v Canada. These 11pm kick offs I can manage. Those 3am (GMT) games on the west coast are a killer
This is a bizarre hill to die on.
The @ghanafaofficial has shown poor leadership on this issue.
