$COHR down is funny. Reminder $NVDA invested equal amount in both $COHR $LITE. $COHR is the closest competitor to $LITE. If $LITE gets taken off the market, $COHR becomes significantly more attractive (independent supplier narrative + buyout potential from say a Broadcom).
