Let’s meet the entrepreneur behind Slice of Life🍕
Emi Takakura started Slice of Life to try and make healthy eating more exciting. Slice of Life is a modern pizza brand on a #missionfornutrition, with an ambition to “healthify” the outdated frozen pizza category.
Emi always struggled to eat healthily, too frequently choosing pizza instead. She wondered if there was a way she could eat her favourite foods, while getting the nutrition her body needed.

It was great working with and advising Emi as part of this year's Food works programme.
