If you think Christianity today is a religion that is mostly American or maybe European, you have been misled. In fact, if you’re a Christian and English is your native language, then welcome to a world in which you are actually the minority.

Join me, @AnnVoskamp, Melissa Kruger, and Emma Kruger for a special event at the TGCW’24 (@TGC) conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. Together, we want to encourage you and help you love the next generation in your home and church with hope for them and for the world. #TGCW24

We're two weeks away from Secret Church 24 – diving into the Book of Ruth and praying for our persecuted brothers and sisters around the world.

Last year at Secret Church, we experienced the beauty of exploring a single book of the Bible in depth -- Jonah. Six hours later, we knew we had to do it again.

Do you believe that prayer can really change things in the world?

“Is it better to do Secret Church alone or with a group of people?”

Whether you have joined us in the past or this will be your first year to join Secret Church, this is my prayer for every person involved.

Meeting in secret. That’s the only way for some of our brothers and sisters in the world to gather together. They live in places where following Jesus means risking their lives. That’s why we call it “Secret Church.”

This year at Secret Church, we’ll be diving into another book in the Bible – Ruth. So why Ruth?

Secret Church 24 is finally happening on April 19 and I want to personally invite you to be a part of this powerful night of studying God's Word and passionately praying for the persecuted with thousands of believers around the world. radical.net/secretchurch

If we’re not careful, we can spend a lot of time reading news articles about the terrorist attack on Israel, and Israel’s response, and little time doing what matters most:

Here’s my brief attempt to describe Tim Keller’s profound influence on my life. radical.net/article/david-pl…

If your sin has led you to believe that your story is over, remember this: God’s capacity to forgive you is greater than your capacity to sin. Disobedience doesn’t have to be the end of your story.

What a time to be alive! There are more unreached people in the world today than ever before, yet we have more opportunities to reach them than ever before in history. In the next decade, we can actually see portions of the Bible translated into every language on Earth.

I hope last night’s Secret Church—diving deep into the book of Jonah—was as eye-opening for you as it was for me regarding the tendency in us to turn away from God and miss not only His good purpose for our lives, but His grand purpose in the world.
