So long and thanks for all the fish!
It’s time to say goodbye here on X 👋🏻
Thanks for keeping me company during all these years ❤️ But don’t worry, I’ll keep orbiting around Earth 🌍 🛰️! For more updates on my journey, make sure to follow my team on Instagram: instagram.com/unistuttgart_s….

Do you remember my endless summer? It is time to cool down now.. since November, my days consist of 20min eclipse
While your days are getting colder and shorter, I've been enjoying sunlight since April on my solar-powered journey. 🤭😊! #duskdawnorbitrocks
Let me share some sun with you!

To qualify components for ROMEO's electrical power system, Thorben and Kevin visited the Proton Irradiation Facility at @psich_en in Switzerland. Commercial parts were tested under proton irradiation to study Single-Event Effects. 🚀 Thanks for the opportunity @RADNEXT_EU !
Look who made it to the wall of fame ✨! Or at least to the wall of my institute's control room @UniStuttgartIRS . That is me and my siblings up there 😍🛰️
Last week, Lena and Dominik attended the @esa Antenna Workshop! They contributed to the conference with a poster about my sibling ROMEO's X-band antenna and payload downlink system, and a talk about phased array antenna designs.
ROMEO's heart, the Power Control and Distribution Unit (PCDU) arrived! I wonder what it looks like 👀#unboxingROMEO
Oh no! It seems like my sibling EIVE's will return soon from its adventures in Low Earth Orbit. In spring next year, we expect EIVE to re-enter. 😕
Last week, Julia gave an exciting talk at @ESWWconf - about me👏🏼! I’m so proud to know that I can contribute to space weather research with my data 😍🥰

Last week, the Space Conference 2024 took place in Stuttgart, opened by Prof. Voggenreiter (DLR) and Prof. Fasoulas. We were well represented: Alongside our professors, many doctoral students also presented their projects.
Scince my launch in 2017, my orbit changes continually. Right now, my orbit's LTAN is 5:30. I'm literally riding the sunrise - 😍😎. I'm wondering when I will see the next sunset?
Did you catch the stunning northern lights last week? 🤩 Remember the ones in May? After that last show, my little sibling EIVE detected the increased radiation levels using its RadFETs! 🌌✨Looking forward to seeing the effects of last week's event
Did you know, that satellites can be used to provide power for a lunar infrastructure? That is so cool 😎🌜! Denis presented some energy solutions with these solar power satellites at @IAC2024 .
Last week, we had some visitors from Taiwan Space Agency @TASA_Taiwan . We were very pleased to show you our institute and research. Thanks for coming 😊✨
We’ve got the power! Another component has arrived for my brother ROMEO's Flat-Sat assembly: The @DLR_Stuttgart Institute of Engineering Thermodynamics proudly delivered their latest battery engineering model. Let the testing begin ⚡️🔋
