On October 7th, Michael, aged 9, and Amalia, aged 6, locked themselves inside it to escape the terrorists.
For hours, the two children remained there. Hidden. Silent. Terrified.
Just outside that door, their mother, Smadar, had just been murdered. Their father, Roy, would also be killed.
Imagine being 6 and 9 years old and realizing that to stay alive, you must not cry—not for a moment. You must not make a sound.
They remained in hiding for nearly 12 hours.
This wardrobe was not merely a piece of furniture.
It was the only thing standing between two children and death.
Michael and Amalia survived October 7th.

Palestinian terrorists stormed the Christian town of Damour in Lebanon and killed 582 Christian civilians.
A priest who survived described it as “the end of the world.”
He said: “They came by the thousands, shouting, ‘Allahu Akbar! Kill them for the Arabs. Let us offer a sacrifice to Muhammad!’ They slaughtered everyone in their path: men, women and children.”
Men were lined up against their homes and shot. Women were tortured and repeatedly raped. Infants were shot in the back of the head. Fetuses were torn from pregnant women’s wombs.
This was one of many massacres by Palestinian terrorists against Christians.

Already the cameras have largely moved on.

I came to the UK as an asylum seeker after escaping radicalised Afghanistan.
I built a life here, got married, raised two children, and taught them loyalty, values, and ‘British patriotism’. 🇬🇧
My kids were born here. They speak the language, live the British way, and I always told them:
“You are British, Afghanistan is not your identity.”
But when their school started teaching them Islamic studies, I stood up and said:
“This is a Christian land, if you want to teach religion, teach them Christianity first.”
I came here with respect for this country, and raised my family to do the same.
“We didn’t come to change Britain. We came to be part of it.”
