Feel @aviosAdventurer pain now with bags. Left Helsinki 28th August, bike was left behind they finally repat my bike to manchester last Sunday (3rd Spent) evening. Sits at Manchester airport until thursday and is now at a random industrial estate in Altrincham 😭 Zero from @SAS

@sas & @HelsinkiAirport Any chance of getting my bike back? Pre booked/paid and checked in on, Monday still hasn't moved! I have another competition next week that I need to fly for!? I can see it at the airport. Please put it on one of the many flights heading this way.

I have a spare bike but I don't have a spare bike bag! Or helmet. My little tools too. And bike bags 😭 I'm going to need to buy a new one - and they aren't cheap if you don't send within 2 days 😭 @sas @HelsinkiAirport please help this is getting very distressing.

Left @HelsinkiAirport on Monday along with a few hundred other athletes and a large majority of our bikes are still in Helsiniki airport. With no update or acknowledgement from them or the airlines. Bagge phone line nobody answers airlines have gone cold. @SAS giving no update.

In other news, if my bike doesn't make in in 2 weeks for my next race and flights, can I expense back a new bike bag for one of my other bikes? Or the hire of a bike while I'm there? #avgeeks

In other fun news, mine and few hundred, maybe 1000 other athletes travelled home from Finland on Monday... but somehow our bikes didn't. (Some are estimating 2000) Fucking joys. Just the 'Congratulations on your world championship race' gift you want. Thanks SAS.

Although a massive step forward and huge kudos to British Airways for setting the new standard... 'MAKING A CAREER AS AN AIRLINE PILOT A REALISTIC OPTION FOR ALL' ... is a huge overstatement! 2 years without salary whilst training isn't a realistic option for all.

'British Airways Speedbird Pilot Academy will see the cost barrier of training to become an airline pilot removed' That's categorically not true, it's reduced (and dramatically) but there is still a cost barrier to learning, with life costs and no salary whilst training.

The joys of @easyJet chat bot. Wait half an hour to connect to a person - then they don't even give you less than one minute to respond. That's after trying to wrangle an AI chatbot first knowing your request needs a human. AI is great, but it isn't customer service.

Hey @British_Airways & @qatarairways I'm still missing 150,000 avios after linking my avios accounts to book a reward flight which then failed to go through 🤯🤷🏼‍♀️ I'd quite like them back please so I can book another flight between you can you sort it out?
