Including President Biden, there have been 46 President's throughout American history.
And out of those 46 President's, only ONE has asked the Courts to grant him "total immunity" so he could avoid being prosecuted for the crimes he committed while serving as President.
Not even Richard Nixon asked for such a "get out of jail free" card.
It took a three-judge panel with the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit to remind this entire country, including the @GOP @HouseGOP @SenateGOP —
"It would be a striking paradox if the President, who alone is vested with the Constitutional duty to "take care that the laws be faithfully executed." Were the sole officer capable of defying those laws with impunity."
Out of our entire American history, none of our 46 President's had a problem governing the United States without having total immunity as their "do whatever I want and get away with it" backup.
Here's the thing we need to remember — the entire @GOP @HouseGOP @SenateGOP have NOT made an argument towards Donald Trump's innocence, but they sure as hell have pleaded his case to be able to commit crimes, and get away with it.
