Assist CD like this was the least preferred acceptable change for me, but it'll be good for the health of the game

I didn't think SF6's release had this much impact on the game and it's ability to make numbers.

My guess is neutral calls after active tag will be locked out for x frames until opp leaves blockstun (can still metered call), and a slight cd increase to neutral calling
Looking forward to seeing how the game continues to evolve
