Had to update my infographic. Chat and Cowork are coming together under Home. Sometimes you need an answer. Sometimes you need to hand off the work.
I’ve been using Cowork since March. Once you get used to that, your expectations change fast.

We’re building Copilot as a new OS for work that spans every model, every form factor, and every task. Today, we’re announcing our biggest update to Copilot to date, bringing four things together:
· Autopilot: proactive and long-running agent built for the enterprise
· Code: build apps with Copilot, hosted inside your company’s tenant
· Home: Chat + Cowork together
· Office: now fully embedded in Copilot (and Copilot embedded in Office, of course!)
Plus, you can invoke Copilot in Teams, and we’re introducing Today, a proactive experience that surfaces the most important information from across M365 without needing to ask for it.
The way we work is changing and so are our workflows. This update brings AI into that flow, from answering a question, to building an app, to getting work done on your behalf.
Copilot Credit Cost management just got more useful.
Capacity pack usage now shows:

GitHub Copilot code review just moved into the enterprise control layer.
Admins can set a default review effort across organization-owned repos.
Users also get controls for:
>Automatic PR reviews
>Draft pull requests
>New pushes
>Lite or Balanced effort
For Power Platform ALM, set the baseline across plugin, PCF and deployment repos.

Copilot is BACK!
Your AI lineup just got bigger. Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5.5 and OpenAI’s GPT-6 Sol are rolling out in Microsoft Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chat, Cowork, and Copilot Studio.
With Work IQ bringing the context of your work, you can choose the model that best fits the task at hand.

Copilot Cowork is getting the security control it NEEDED.
Microsoft Purview DLP is rolling out to Cowork.
Existing Copilot policies apply automatically.
> Block labeled content from grounding
> Block prompts containing sensitive information
> Stop sensitive prompts from reaching Bing
The boundary?
Prompt and web-search DLP inspect typed prompt text. They do not scan the contents of uploaded files.
Review the inherited policies. Then test that upload boundary with synthetic data before calling Cowork governed.
