I know that support isn’t a given; it has to be earned. For more than a year, we’ve traveled across our state, talking to Floridians, sharing our message, and building the coalition that it takes to win. Thank you to the Tampa Bay Times for seeing the power of this movement.

Floridians deserve an economy that works. You should be able to afford your rent or mortgage payment, and you and your family should have access to high-quality healthcare and good schools. That’s what our campaign is all about.

Hey folks. If you’re looking to help our fellow Floridians in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias, we've got a specific opportunity. Today, in Pensacola, we identified a community where young children who typically receive breakfast and lunch at school will likely go without this week. So we are gathering food products, specifically for school age kids - snack packs, juices, cereal bars, and the like. If you are in the *Tallahassee* area, we will be collecting outside Bethel Missionary Baptist Church tomorrow (Sunday) between 11am-1pm. Look for the Uhaul. We will gather supplies and drive them to families and kids in Pensacola later in the afternoon. For those currently recovering from the storm, you remain in our prayers, and we know state and local officials are working hard to deploy services. For those in the unique position to help with this request, thank you for your consideration.

Thank you to the Alachua County Democratic Party for welcoming me to the 27th Annual Lawton Chiles Gala! I enjoyed spending the evening with so many dedicated Floridians who are ready for a new direction for our state. Honoring Lawton Chiles’ legacy means keeping people at the heart of public service. David Jolly and I are ready to carry that commitment forward by fighting for strong public schools, affordable health care, and a Florida where families can afford to thrive. Thank you for your energy, your commitment, and the work you’re doing to help us win in November. Change is coming! 💙🇺🇸

This morning, it was an honor to join the FEA and Leon Classroom Teachers Association for the LCTA Public Education Listening Forum. Some of the most important conversations about public education begin by simply listening. This morning was about hearing directly from educators and school employees about the realities they face every day, the systems that shape their work, and the experiences of the students and families they serve. Thank you to LCTA for creating a space where educators’ lived experiences can help inform meaningful public policy and real solutions for Florida’s public schools. Our educators deserve to be heard, supported, and included in the conversations that shape the future of public education. 🍎📚

Meaningful time in Broward County yesterday meeting with Haitian American leaders, business owners, and educators. My dad was dedicated to supporting this community. I’m honored to carry that torch forward. Thank you to Rep. Marie Woodson and for the warm welcome from all there.

The question isn't whether an idea comes from the right or the left. The question is whether it works. Let's focus on our shared principles and just put Florida first. If you're a Republican looking for responsible change, consider joining our growing movement - consider joining Republicans for Jolly.

I'm running to make sure Florida's kids get a world-class education, to build a state that leads the world in public education, and to ensure every student has the opportunity to pursue their dreams. A big thank you to the good folks in Sarasota who organized today's education rally, and a big thank you to the teachers, administrators, and staff all across the state who work hard everyday to change lives and support our kids.

The job of a Governor is to ensure freedom for people of all faiths and equally those who choose no faith at all. That's my commitment to you. We're a richly diverse state. In just the past few weeks, I've had the privilege to celebrate Sukkot with our Jewish communities, to visit with our Muslim communities, and to join in Sunday services with our Christian communities, while reaffirming my commitment to liberty for everyone. For Christians, Sunday mornings are a time we gather for worship and nourishment. It is a special time for our family. For those who celebrate, I join you this morning wherever you might be. For those who walk a different path, you have my promise to be a Governor for all. Happy Sunday, friends. Thank you for your kindness.

I want to start with this: I’d love to interview David Jolly or @GwenGraham on No One Asked, But… Politics before Election Day. I’d welcome the opportunity for a substantive conversation about their vision for Florida and how they would govern. With Election Day approaching on November 3rd, I’m reiterating my endorsement of David Jolly and Gwen Graham for Governor and Lieutenant Governor of Florida. For transparency, I currently work remotely on the Jolly-Graham campaign as an Administrative Assistant for Social Media. I’m proud of the work I do, but this endorsement is my own through No One Asked, But… Politics. Florida voters are facing serious questions about affordability, property insurance, AI, housing, education, reproductive freedom, the direction of their state government, and most importantly deciding if Florida will continue to be a state that divides and addresses no one's problems or actually brings people together to solve them. David and Gwen are offering their approach to those challenges, informed by years of public service and a pretty unusual political partnership. So, as November 3rd gets closer, I’m proud to reiterate my endorsement of the Jolly-Graham ticket. And David or Gwen, the interview invitation is open. 🎙️🌴 #DavidJolly #GwenGraham #FloridaPolitics #Election2026 #Florida @laurajollyfl

Hey folks. This is a lie. I've never proposed a hurricane tax. In fact, my plan repeals the hurricane tax Byron plans to continue. Never trust a liar.
Florida families are already stretched thin, and David Jolly's answer is a $1,000-a-year hurricane tax that hits you whether a storm makes landfall or not. Jolly wants you to pay more while bailing out Big Insurance. My Bring Down The Bill plan will bring costs down for consumers and hold insurance companies accountable.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The $1000 hurricane tax accusation has been thoroughly debunked. It was fabricated. politifact.com/article/2026/s… x.com/davidjollyfl/s… davidjolly.com/homeowners-ins…
