A small pep band welcomed our youngest members into the band family, as Pellegrino music shared to a nearly full house. 6 rookies won a bag of band swag! It was a great evening!

This week we recognize 12 seniors who have worked tirelessly to achieve success. They were the first "FMS" group to earn a "1" at MS LGAE, the 1st to be offered marching band in 8th grade, and the 1st "1" at HS District LGAE since 2008. Congrats Class of 2027!

Today our leadership team welcomed our rookies for a fantastic morning of rookie camp!

Tonight, Fairless High School is hosting the Canton Concert Band. Concert begins at 7pm in the Lucinda J. Frailly Performing Arts Center. The program features a celebration of America 250, as well as ties to our community. We would love to see you there!

Kicking off summer break sitting at the beautiful Schoonover Field at @KentStBaseball watching @Mashbaseballs the 14u Hatchett game while learning a ton from @DrJoeClark by reading, “If the Dance Floor is Empty, Change the Song.” It’s a perfect night!

Fairless is represented well at the Ohio Music Educators Association meeting in Columbus!

Congratulations to the Symphonic Winds for earning a “2, Excellent” rating at State @OMEAOhio large group adjudicated events. This is their first appearance at state since 2008, and the bar is now set VERY high!

8th-grade band member L. Fugate's project, "Life Skills for Kids", was selected to represent Fairless in the Stark Idea Project. She will present this afternoon & compete with local schools later this month. If chosen as winner, she will receive $500 to help get her idea started.

Today the 6th grade band and choir, HS Chorale and Symphonic Winds welcomed the 4th and 5th graders to the Lucinda J. Frailly Performing Arts Center for an “informace”. It was an amazing concert and the ES students had great questions!
