Maybe you aren’t 100% happy with your body. Marks, wrinkles, bulges, scars, uneven earlobes. All of those marks tell the beautiful story of what you have survived to get to right now. Someone loves you, now or in the future BECAUSE of those marks, not in spite of them. Let them.

Planning is important but taking care of yourself with love and compassion is critical. What would you tell your best friend about it?

So like Black Holes are so dense, they warp space around them. So much that light actually bends around them. I think some people are so damaged by our toxic society, their view is warped in the same way. They literally cannot see themselves as beautiful or loveable.
