SpaceX acquired EchoStar's spectrum licenses on Sep. 8, 2025. The stock price locally bottomed around $36 and then proceeded to rally to over $100 in less than a month.
Now, take a look at Oct. 8, 2026: SpaceX acquires Grain Management's spectrum which triggers a ~10% dip in stock price the following day. Price action is mirroring the 2025 setup. I expect a bottom very soon.
This is absolutely brutal. I understand macro is choppy, but this does not make sense no matter which angle you take. Apparently the AI trade has peaked and is on the verge of collapse according to MMs.
I expect many companies to raise their EPS guidance over the next couple of weeks, which could spark a mean reversion.

$ASTS June/July was the worst crash for tech/momentum in history, 2x worse than Covid and 2x worse than 2008, but here we are crashing again -35% in the last 2-3 weeks after 2+ months of going sideways.
This is so beyond unprecedented, way worse than anything in history by far.
We legit had two COVID’s or two 2008’s already in the last 4 months.

This guy regularly bashes $ASTS about execution, yet he is invested in a company that has delayed their flagship rocket for over four years.
While I am also invested in the company, I understand that the entire space sector is inherently risky and timelines will always be delayed.
Opportunities for $RKLB are endless.
Not the same for other popular space stocks… Execution is critical in the space industry!

Deutsche Bank upgraded $ASTS to Buy with a $93 price target calling Friday’s 10% selloff “misguided” as $SPCX moves closer to competing directly with mobile carriers.
What stands out is Deutsche values AST’s Ligado spectrum rights at ~$19B against a $23B enterprise value implying rest of the business is worth just ~$4B.
That leaves a ton of upside if AST secures up to $1B in Japan funding, expands its government business and benefits from carriers moving closer to AST as SpaceX becomes a direct competitor.
