A client came for inspection yesterday and found poo in her visitor's toilet.🤦‍♂️ One of my workers used it and didn't flush. She got angry immediately. Told me to replace the entire WC, wall tiles, everything in that toilet. At my expense. She left in anger. I gathered my workers,Nobody confessed. I sent all of them off site. Now I'm paying for a full toilet replacement because someone couldn't flush. I don't only post my wins. This is one of the losses. Dealing with humans is the most difficult job on any site.

My love I didn't fail anybody, infact my mom failed me. A child takes 50% chromosomes each from both parents, so my mum is the one who didn't give me the chromosome responsible for the big bum. I'll sue her when I'm wealthy!
As a girl, once yo mama get big backside, & u hav no backside to show the world that u were born to protect yo mom's legacy, u hav failed yo mom & yo generation🥺🥺

**I was about to clock out after a 12-hour shift when I saw a 10-year-old boy eating grass on the sidewalk in a birthday hat.** He was crying, I walked across the street. “Hey, buddy. You okay?” “It’s my birthday,” he sobbed. “I planned everything for four months… but nobody showed up.” His mom came over, apologizing. Before I could stop myself, I said: “Then let's give you a birthday you’ll never forget. Wanna see my fire truck?” His face lit up, “YES!” He ran straight into my leg. Then his mom quietly told me why it mattered so much.Billy's dad had been a firefighter, He'd died in the line of duty. “Billy's wanted to be just like him ever since.” That got me. I went back inside and asked my captain if Billy could sit in the engine, He didn't even look up. “Absolutely not. He's not touching anything. If I catch him inside that truck, you're fired.”Billy was already waiting outside with his mom. I walked over.

I remember working at AT&T when iPhone releases actually felt normal, and I genuinely don’t know when we collectively decided a phone should cost as much as a used car. Back then, the phones were $199, $299, or $399 with a new contract, people would literally wait outside the door, walk in, say, “I’m here for the new iPhone,” sign a few papers, pay, and leave. That was it. No financing department. No 36-month commitment...

A 54-year-old nurse in the UK has been sentenced to prison after she was accused of falsely recording that a patient was alive and well, even though the patient had already died. According to reports, the nurse was working a night shift with other nurses. As the senior nurse on duty, she was expected to check on a patient who was under one-to-one observation. However, she reportedly did not check the patient. During the morning handover, she signed the records stating that the patient was okay. When the nurses on the morning shift arrived, they went to check on the patient and discovered that she had already been dead for several hours. They immediately called an ambulance and the police. The case went to court. When the nurse was asked whether she had checked the patient before signing the records, she reportedly said yes and claimed that she had checked on her at around 2am. But CCTV footage reportedly showed that nobody entered the patient's room that night. The court eventually sentenced the nurse to prison and reportedly banned her from working in hospitals in the UK after her release. The case has raised serious questions about patient care and the importance of accurate medical records. For nurses and caregivers, documentation is not just paperwork. It can have serious consequences for both patients and healthcare workers. What do you think about this case?

My father had a rule when it came to helping his employees financially: “I’ll cover you once, no questions asked. After that, we’re just employer and employee again.” Most people thought it was harsh for someone who owned a family business. Then two of his longtime workers hit rough patches the same year. The first, a warehouse manager of nine years, had a medical emergency in his family. My father covered the hospital bill outright, no paperwork, no interest. Four months later, the same manager asked for help again, this time to cover a car repossession. My father said no. The staff was upset. “He’s been loyal for years.” “You helped him before, why stop now?”….

Being linked to a transaction and actually making the transaction are two very different things. The real investigation starts with the access logs, not assumptions.
I was accused of stealing $8,500 from work, so I decided to find the real thief myself. It started when my manager called me into his office. There was a missing $8,500 from the company account. And somehow, the transaction was linked to my employee login. I tried explaining that I hadn't touched the money. Nobody believed me. I was suspended immediately. That night, I decided I wasn't going to sit at home and wait to be fired. I was going to find out who did it.

Sometimes the people closest to us are fighting battles we know nothing about. Before assuming the worst, it can be worth asking, “Is there something you're carrying that you haven't been able to talk about?”

I found my wedding dress at Goodwill for $8. I was fixing a loose thread at home when I felt something crinkly inside the lining. I thought it was just extra padding, but it was a tiny pocket sewn shut. I carefully opened it and there was $100 folded inside a note. The note said: "To the next bride who wears this dress - first year is tough, but worth it. Dinner on us. 54 years together - M & J
