Honest people still miss each other. "I'm fine" can mean three different things. Both people can tell the truth and still miss.
That gap is the work inside Human Communication: The Third Thing. #communication @FloScope

You don't control the weather of results. You control the climate of inputs.
What you SEE. What you SAY. What you BUILD and keep. Who you SERVE.
Outcome is weather. Input is climate. Put your energy where it still answers to you.

You can be honest. The person in front of you can be honest. And you can still miss each other completely.
Between what I mean and what you hear is a third thing — the shared space we build together, or neglect. Most arguments aren't about the topic. They're about that space going untended.
Book One gives you the room. Book Two shows you how to communicate in it.

Honest people still miss each other — not from lack of care, from the gap between what's said and what's meant.

So long as one person cares, I'll keep doing it

43 years of meditation, and praying before that for as long as I can remember. It's still a practice: show up, keep showing up, and be honest about what's here. Want to talk about what's on your mind? Free 30-min call: claesgens.com/book

A lot of teams don't need more goals. They need an operating rhythm: what matters this week, who owns it, and when you check in.
I help leaders, coaches and consultants build that.

You already know how to talk.
That is not the problem.
Every exchange leaves a third thing. Then each of you carries a different copy of it.
Honesty is necessary. It is not sufficient.
What did you build?

The Goal: interplanetary and interstellar human habitation is a very good and noble pursuit. Equally, perhaps more importantly, in my opinion, evolution of humanity: our consciousness, integrated transcendent perspective must be 1st. @FloScope @elonmusk @SpaceX @SeanClaesgens
FloScope™ ECC and LMN retweeted
@elonmusk True
@FloScope The human evolution of ethics and integration with transcendental consciousness and perspective with values based, interdependent, interrelated, interconnected experience, causality and awareness, must be priority, also.

Elon Musk on why humanity must become multiplanetary:
“I think it's important for the long-term preservation and ultimately the expansion and extension of the scope and scale of consciousness... that we must become a multi-planet species
Because there are all these risks that we can't control existential risks. There's asteroids, super volcanoes, we could have a World War III... History does not suggest that civilization lasts forever”
Elon is optimistic about the future, but he is also realistic
Civilization has survived so far but history shows that catastrophic events eventually happen. The only chance is becoming a multi-planet species

🌅 Good morning, conscious leaders.
Every sunrise is nature’s invitation to reset our human condition — to move from reactive thoughts and emotions into deliberate awareness, presence, and mastery.
