1/🚨🧵New work out led by @DowinHugh. We found no adjusted milestones rating gaps b/w White & URM @ACPinternists PGY1s & a gap disfavoring Asian PGY1s. Gaps grow during PGY2, favoring White vs all POCs & close by the end of PGY3. What’s also interesting, jamanetwork.com/journals/jam…
