You expect he would say only 5% in $FLR??
Why he blocks the comment section?? Those who has enemies fear transparency

$FLR panicked
It's weird how $FLR is down when FAssets arrived.
It's not that fully decentralized without risks,
It's just moving your xrp to some other vault while create auto button to do it.
Just like your old washing machine.
The different is they have reached Master level of selling idea
Hugo scared his scam schemes got reversed, so he's been actively monitoring and replying to whatever he thinks can destroy his plan,
It seems working at the moment to hold the $FLR price, but it won't do any good in the long run.
Replying to @Vet_X0
No need for the pearl clutching. Currencies are meant to be used widely for as many purposes as possible.
Poor leadership, wait..
he is not the ceo anymore
Hey @grok why @HugoPhilion lying again and have no opportunities to launch fASSets which they promised to launch from 2019?
Is it very poor management or they feel really comfortable to use delays for price manipulations as one of example?
And the truth will set you free
Looks like hugo tries to quietly disassociate himself from everything that connects him with Flare.
He removes “CEO @Flare_Labs” from his profile and now he just a cofounder of @FlareNetworks
Hey buddy, you and your friends won't be able to just disappear, I promise you.
This is acceptable in Blockchain-verse, but..
Only Busses, right?
I'm expecting more 🚌🚐🚌🚐🚌 coming in and let's see what happened.
Flare has resumed block production following a brief outage.
Validators representing over 85% of stake have successfully updated, and the network is now stable and consistently producing blocks. The FTSO system has resumed price updates and has already self-corrected, thanks to its robustness and the swift response of FTSO providers.
We ask that remaining validators update promptly to support full network stability (see link below).
A clear explanation of the changes will be shared. Importantly, the outage did not compromise ledger integrity. All user assets remain secure and fully under user control.
Thank you for your continued support.
I agree with this ✅
🤔🤔🤔 Flare’s AVS Staking: Built on a Lie? Ponzi or Just Bad Economics? 🚨
After marketing a fully launched network in Jan 2023, Flare quietly introduced 5% inflation—minting 1.75B FLR/year to fund staking. They never disclosed this before launch. Now, they’ve built an AVS model that depends entirely on this inflation to survive.
🔴 They are literally using that lie to pay for staking! 🔴
🔶 Bottom Line:
At best, Flare was economically irresponsible in how they disclosed inflation.
At worst, they misled investors by launching a system that required future inflation to survive—and are now using that inflation to fund AVS staking.
🔶 Ponzi Warning Signs 🚨
🔹 New FLR pays stakers instead of real revenue.
🔹 If new stakers don’t enter, inflation collapses value.
🔹 Without real demand for AVS, rewards are just token dilution.
🔹 Flare’s TX activity is mostly within its own ecosystem = no real economic inflow.
🔴 They created a staking system that cannot exist without printing new FLR. If that stops, the entire thing collapses. 🔴
🔶 The Deeper Issue: Flare’s Misleading Economics
🔹 Investors were told Flare was fully launched, but in reality, they needed inflation to keep staking alive.
🔹 If Flare always knew it needed 5% inflation, why wasn’t this disclosed before launch?
🔹 Transaction fees & AVS revenue remain too low to sustain staking without continuous token dilution.
🔹 The entire AVS model is now built on inflation, NOT real economic activity and the initial lie to all investors.
🔶 Counter-Argument: Why It Might NOT Be a Ponzi
✅ PoS chains often start with inflationary rewards (Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche did the same).
✅ Flare’s AVS model mirrors Ethereum’s EigenLayer, which uses restaking for additional security.
✅ More bridges, DeFi apps, & enterprise clients could increase real revenue.
✅ FTSO Oracle & AVS services are in early stages—demand could grow.
BUT… these are just what-ifs. Until Flare proves it can replace inflation rewards with real revenue, it’s just kicking the can down the road.
🔥 The Real Question: Can Flare Build Adoption Fast Enough?
❌ If AVS services don’t generate real revenue, FLR inflation will crush staking yields.
✅ If adoption scales & real users pay for AVS services, staking becomes sustainable.
Right now, Flare’s staking model walks the line between Ponzi & early-stage incentive mechanism.
🔹 If real demand doesn’t materialize, this becomes a straight-up Ponzi.
🔹 If adoption grows, it transitions into a real decentralized service model.
💥 Flare has two choices: Build real adoption fast—or let FLR inflation turn its staking system into an economic death spiral.
Which way will it go?
