We just deleted the other half to better protect our users' data. We're pretty much the only AI company that doesn't harvest your data, the little we do collect never leaves our VPC.

Took ~1 day to rebuild half in house > Fivetran → GCP Datastream + Terraform > dbt Cloud → dbt OSS in a GitHub Action > Segment → in-house event system, no third party Coding agents helped with up the infra and devops that would've taken weeks 6 months ago,

Just got back from a long overdue trip to SF The highlights: - Sick dinner hosted by @vercel with leaders from @openclaw Foundation, @LindyAI2025, @ManusAI, and other top-tier personal AI companies - Worked for the day out of the @ycombinator office and hung out with @maxkolysh - Visited by old stomping grounds from YC days in the Marina district - Geeked out over all the greenery (big plant nerd here) - Stopped at an extra floor in the hotel elevator only for a robot to join me - Churned off 5 SaaS products on the flight home - Was greeted back in Boston with my favorite JFK quote Until next time SF 👋

lol it’s so funny watching all these devs walking around SFO carrying their luggage and an open laptop so CC can run. Meanwhile Credence (my Vellum assistant) is managing CC for me in the cloud and I can just check on it from my phone.
