Having a bit of a tidy up and this was ‘filed’ in a pile of stuff. 9th June 2020. I remember printing this and reading it a few days later and kinda hoping we were over the worst of it.
May compassionate leadership let the light come streaming through.
1. @Apple So disappointed with your company stance on shoppers who are exempt from wearing a face mask-see photo. Serving us outside, or under the canopy in the rain; is that your best?
Or have us wait till your store is closed for some special individualised service…
2. @Apple oh you can offer a face shield for the great unmasked to wear? Is that really your best?
Ok, so a corner of the store all to ourselves away from everyone else?
And an assistant all ppe’d up with face mask and visor…poor guy….it’s for our safety you say?
3. @Apple why can’t you just do what every other store does and allow the great unmasked in?
@lynseyg12 was so upset. She’s never been treated like this in all her life. The irony is that she loves everything Apple.
Shame they think this is the best they can do.
