🤔 Why do crypto transactions sometimes take much longer than usual? One common reason is high blockchain load. When too many users try to send transactions at the same time, demand for block space goes up. The result can be: 🔺 higher network fees ⏳ longer confirmation times 💸 stronger competition between transactions This doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong with the blockchain. Your transaction may simply be waiting its turn. Before sending funds, it’s worth checking current network conditions and fees. If the transfer isn’t urgent, sometimes waiting can save both time and money. More about network congestion and what you can do when a transaction is delayed 👇 ff.io/en/blog/guides/high-bl… #fixedfloat #btc #crypto #cryptonews #blockchain #networkload

🪙 What are wrapped tokens, and why do they exist? Blockchains don’t always work well with assets from other networks. Wrapped tokens solve part of that problem by creating compatible versions like WBTC, WETH, WBNB and WSOL. They unlock more ways to use crypto in DeFi, but they also add another layer of risk. Here’s how it works 👇 ff.io/blog/guides/what-are-w… #fixedfloat #crypto #tokens #wrappedtokens #cryptoguide #CryptoEducation

Hello, We understand that you are unhappy with the outcome of this situation. However, there are important circumstances regarding this order that need to be clarified. The order was created for USDC on ERC20, but the payment was made in USDT. Sending a currency different from the one specified in the order is a violation of our Terms of Service and makes automatic processing of the order impossible. Such cases require manual review by our technical team. Under our Terms of Service, the processing period for this type of case is up to 7 days. Although you initially requested that we continue the exchange, during the subsequent review we had grounds to question whether the person communicating with us was the actual sender of the funds. This is an important security issue. Section 4.12.3 of our Terms of Service specifically states that when the Exchange Rules have been violated, we reserve the right to refuse to process an order if we have reason to believe that the person contacting us is not the sender of the funds. For this reason, we could not proceed with the exchange and send the funds to the specified address based solely on the statements of a person whose status as the actual sender could not be sufficiently established. Although you asked us to continue the exchange, the circumstances of the case raised concerns that we could not ignore. In this situation, returning the funds to the original sending address was the safest and most appropriate course of action. We acted strictly within the framework of our regulations and Terms of Service. The refund was made as a security measure based on the circumstances of the order.

Hello, We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. However, we have to follow our established procedures when an exchange is created in violation of the exchange terms, including cases where a different currency is sent. Each such request has its own processing timeframe depending on the circumstances. We always try to resolve these cases as quickly as possible, but the actual processing time also depends on the current workload of our technical specialists. We appreciate your continued trust in our service and will do our best to process your request as soon as possible.

Hard fork or soft fork? Both change a blockchain’s rules, but the outcome can be very different. 🔀 ⚡A hard fork can split the network into two chains. 🔧A soft fork keeps compatibility with older nodes.
