On Friday in Iran, an American fighter plane was shot down. The pilot was recovered relatively quickly, but the Weapon Systems Operator was not. Over the next two days and nights plans were made for a Herculean effort to recover the downed Airman…
It’s probably just a coincidence, but I find it interesting that the pilot was shot down on Good Friday, and rescued on Resurrection Sunday.
