Sooo we hit top cut?? 9th place at the Louisville Regionals!! Being able to win out day 2 to hit assym was insanely cool (including a stream W) So happy that my countless hours of grinding have finally earned me a satisfying finish. We WILL be back in top cut again…😈

I actually like KOing the budew here a lot for a few reasons. Targetting the dreepy isn’t a crazy play or anything but I think your board and hand is quite weak and your main worry next turn is being able to setup and build some sort of board. If you KO the budew it pressured

“you misplayed so bad you should’ve knocked out the budew” bc im so scared of my slowking getting knocked out this turn and so that i can play all of the items in my hand……………right……………….. you don’t always have to blindly kill the budew just because it’s in play! analyze both of your board states and your hand to make the best decision ❤️

Also wanted to say this is pretty board dependent. If the pult players hand is bigger and you think they are drawing normal, KOing the dreepy here would be a lot more appealing because the chance they budew you and hit a hammer is pretty high anyways.
