I bought a handheld PC and have zero regrets. After buying my Xbox Series S in 2021, I don’t plan on getting another console. GTA 6 will probably be my last console purchase. Now I finally get the PC hype. It’s not just the visuals — it’s the freedom
Monopoly is the real issue.
With discs, Amazon, Walmart and GameStop compete on price. Digital = PSN or nothing, and Sony takes 30% of every sale.
Look at PC: Steam, GOG, Epic, Fanatical all fight for you. That's why PC prices are sane.
No competition, no ceiling.

Nobody's mad discs are dying — they're mad about what dies with them: competition. On PC I can undercut Steam with Epic or GOG. Digital-only console means Sony's the only seller, sets its own price, and nothing checks it. That's not digital vs physical, it's a monopoly problem
Getting my very first gaming pc soon. So keen to say good riddance to @xbox and @XboxGamePass.
Part 3? Why the hell not.

Daily reminder that your brain on Twitter is being hijacked by an algorithm designed to do one thing: maximise engagement. And the most efficient way to do that is through anger.
