PetaKit is great; it deals efficiently with large data, and it is easy to use. I can highly recommend it if you need deskewing, rotation and/or deconvolution for your post-processing.
The repository is also not large, so it does not take much to clone it and try it out.

A year ago we installed Far UVC in the dining area of a nursing home.
Since then outbreaks have decreased by 85% and overall resident and staff well being has increased.
This nursing home chose to use all possible tools to ensure their occupants stay safe from viruses.
