Heading into 2026, I looked at what my collecting focus will be. Trying to put some sort of limit on what I collect is tough but necessary. With a few exceptions for some random stuff, the attached pictures are what I hope to focus on this year. #thehobby #sportscards

Down to four races left (including today’s). First time not getting a numbered card in a Donruss blaster. Two blasters left and either a mega or hobby box to end the season. I can’t believe I’ve opened and spent $$) something every week of racing.

Thank you, @Jgray_03, for this one and a few others. Doss is an addition to my @cfbhall collection! The others are going into the maybe row for that hall.

Found one the new Bowmans sitting alone at Target. Definitely not as good as some I’ve seen opened on YouTube. Still, Skattebo is at least a known player.

The last sale by @rubbinizracin included a lot of vintage football. Those wonderful cards knocked several names off my lists of @ProFootballHOF and @cfbhall! Next step is to start a binder of the CFB cards.

The @officialgaa section of the sports hallway is complete. When/If I ever get back to Ireland, I’ll be looking for more items to include. @Galway_GAA @MayoGAA

Fun Fact: I pay a shipping fee not as part of the price for the card but the fact I want the card that I paid the price for to arrive safely at my home. 🤷‍♂️ #TheHobby

Big weekend in Charlotte. Unfortunately, today’s events were postponed. It was a great tribute to Rowdy last night, and Brexton’s burnout was special. The blaster for this week, well, did not live up to expectations. Select is not my favorite retail product to say the least.

Added a few NASCAR favorites to the PC. Got the lot for about $18 which was fine by me. I really like the Sawalich sheet metal, added scuff marks.

The weekend is finally here. Another race is on the schedule! I found a banged up blaster at Wal-Mart. It delivered a #/10 Jeff Burton.

What 90s sports cards tell me is that companies cared about quality, innovation, & had a drive to make the BEST cards on the market. 👀 Since then, things have been lost, while it was about money back then, they still wanted to be the BEST at what they were doing. #TheHobby
