This is Testicular Torsion. Testicular torsion happens when your testicle rotates, twisting your spermatic cord (the tube that contains the vessels that bring blood to your testis). This leads to reduced blood flow to the testis, causing sudden and often severe pain, redness and swelling. Symptoms of testicular torsion 1. Sudden, severe scrotal pain 2. Scrotal swelling 3. Lower tummy pain 4. Nausea and vomiting 5. Frequent peeing 6. Feeling feverish 7. Abnormal positioning of your testicle: usually higher than normal or at an unusual angle What causes testicular torsion? 1. Vigorous physical exercise 2. Injury to the testis e.g. from a football kick or a direct strike on the testis 3. Common in extremely cold temperatures 4. Rapid growth of the testicles during puberty 5. It may even happen while you're asleep Things that make you more likely to have testicular torsion 1. Being 12 to 18 years old 2. Having a previous testicular torsion that was not treated. e.g. you had repeated pain in the testicle which went away untreated during exercise 3. If testicular torsion runs in your family How to treat testicular torsion It needs EMERGENCY SURGERY! Rush to theatre! If operated fast enough, your testicles can be saved. But if blood flow has been cut off for too long, your testicle might get so damaged that it has to be removed (orchidectomy), risking infertility. How to prevent testicular torsion 1. If men in your family inherit the trait of having testicles that can rotate in the scrotum, the only way to prevent torsion is to have a surgery to attach your testicles to the inside of your scrotum. 2. Protect your testicles from kicks. A lot of men who may have had testicular torsion but never treated it properly are currently at risk of infertility due to the damage done to their testes.

This is the craziest thing I have read in years. For thousands of years of human civilisation and history, women naturally gave birth squatting or kneeling, using gravity to thier advantage. Then came a certain King Louis XIV, ruler of France from 1643 to 1715. Father of more than 20 children. This King had a perverted desire - watching his wives and mistresses naked giving birth. When the women gave birth in the traditional upright positions, his view was obstructed. So in order to satisfy his perversion, the King insisted that his mistresses lie flat on the thier backs on a bed while giving birth so that he can view everything properly. Being the king, he was the one who set the trend for the elites. So the French aristocracy started adopting the lying down position. That is how it spread as a status symbol among the wealthy.

“It boosts my ego..."❌ “Drink responsibly…”❌ “Red wine is healthy…”❌ “Drink in moderation…”❌ “I stopped drinking but…”❌ “My doctor friend drinks…”❌ “It makes me last longer…” ❌ “He turned water into wine…”❌ “Something must k!ll a man…”❌ Dead all those myths!! The largest global study in 195 countries found the safe amount of alcohol is zero. None. Plus alcohol is a group 1 carcinogen, same category as tobacco and asbestos. Plus alcohol shrinks your brain, disrupts every sleep cycle, raises your BP. Plus alcohol destroys your liver before you even feel anything. You will never regret the drink you did not take.

If your fingers look like that, it is called finger clubbing. It is the bulbous enlargement of the fingertips and an increased curvature of the nails. It is most commonly triggered by chronic low blood oxygen level or hypoxemia. The low blood oxygen level makes the blood vessels in the fingertips to widen, leading to the bulbous enlargement of your fingertips. Finger clubbing can be caused by many chronic disease conditions. Here are the common causes of finger clubbing: 1. Lung conditions Lung cancer, lung infections or pus accumulation (bronchiectasis, lung abscess, empyema), progressive lung scarring diseases (asbestosis, sarcoidosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis), and cystic fibrosis 2. Heart conditions Congenital cyanotic heart disease (e.g., tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of the great vessels, etc.), infective endocarditis, Ebstein’s anomaly, cardiac tumours 3. Liver/gut conditions Liver cirrhosis, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), and celiac disease. So finger clubbing is a powerful physical sign that your lungs, heart, or liver/gut may be seriously struggling and need help. Because it is typically a structural sign of serious, long-term underlying medical conditions, it is best to see your doctor. Your doctor may order targetted diagnostic tests like blood work, chest X-rays, CT scans, or lung function tests. Once the diagnosis is made, treatment can be started based on the cause of the finger clubbing.

A quick one 1. Having wet dreams is nothing spiritual. 2. If you're pregnant don’t get a new cat. 3. Diarrhea lasting for a day can be a good thing. 4. Sleep paralysis is not spiritual attack. Nobody is pressing your neck. 5. If you urinate more frequently at night than before, there's likely something wrong, you need a checkup.
